Worst customer service ive ever had, so rude and very petty. To add since youve had a lovely reply. I was not at all rude. I asked you for a price a few weeks ago to which you gave 19k, i put the car ad on used cars ni for 21k and when you messaged i assumed it was the same offer, i literally said you offered me 19k before and no thanks i was waiting for a better offer! I said no thanks! How is that rude! To then get nasty messages from whoever you expert advisor is and have the cheek to call me rude! Disgraceful.
