Not honest about wait times
I've been waiting 9 weeks for furniture that was advertised to be delivered in 2-6 weeks. Sena was silent about possible delays and I have to keep chasing them up asking for the status.

Bento Furniture
We purchased the Bento units from Sena and they are fantastic. The quality of the units is excellent, the assembly instructions are easy to follow and the units are well package to avoid any damage in transit. Communication with Sena was first class, we had a follow up phone call from them to ensure everything was OK.
The service from the courier, Proovia, was also excellent.
We highly recommend Sena, and would certainly purchase from them again, thank you.

Isola I Modular Wall Composition with LED Lights
Fantastic product and the customer service was impeccable. Amazing communication before and after purchase.
The unit is very sold and the finish on it is very impressive especially taking into account he size and number or pieces that fit together.
We chose to construct the item ourselves while decorating which was good but sometimes the instructions left a little to be desired. This didn't detract from the overall finish or experience.
I would 100% recommend Sena Furniture based on this experience.

Excellent quality and great customer service.
The quality of the furniture, excellent customer care and no sales pressure was key. We went to buy a sideboard but their helpfulness in showing us options and analysis to see other sizes and options meant we actually bought a sideboard, media stand and display cabinet, all delivered and mounted in situ. Would recomend to anyone not wanting the generic highstreet look and not wanting to put up with high pressure salespeople.

Great experience
Wide range of furniture to choose from. Assembly is available which is a good plus for me. The company communicated dates and times, with a call ahead of delivery. Delivery was really excellent with friendliness and great care taken and checking the drawers and lights are all working. I bought a very large sideboard from ex display and it’s a lovely white gloss.
