Glad I purchased this!
I like the green color and believe it'll work well for boys and girls. The shoulder strap is comfortable, distributes my granddaughter's weight well, and seems to take much of the strain off holding her. I haven't used it for any amount of time, yet but I believe it will help immensely! It seems well-made and folds up nicely to pack.

Delivery takes long. Good product though
At first, this carrier felt clunky, but after a while, I got used to it, and now both my baby and I love it. It is so convenient and easy to use. My baby is on the skinnier side, so it does feel a bit loose, but I actually enjoy it because I think we'll be able to use it for a long time as she grows. The carrier took forever to arrive, though, and I was a bit disappointed that this is an American company given the whole tariff war that is going on and the toll it has placed on people worldwide. I'd still recommend it because it does the job, the material is good, and compared to other "side-carriers," this one is the most comfortable, adjustable, and spacious I've found.

Hi I ordered a carrier from the Senarah website 6 days ago, didn't recieve any confirmation email for the order and it has not arrived, but the money has gone from my account. I emailed them yesterday and have had no response yet but very unhappy with the service.
Just to respond to your reply. I most certainly did put in an email address and lying about the fact that I did won't be encouraging me to ever use your website again thanks.

No support, not comfortable. Customer service is awful.
I received the item and unfortunately do not find it comfortable to wear, nor supportive for my child. I have emailed twice to start the refund process yet Ive not had any replies yet. Their website says there is a 90 day money back guarantee which I hope they acknowledge soon because it is frustrating that their is no refund process on their website apart from sending an email - which they do not reply too.

Don’t order if you need it soon
Delivery took 2 weeks, even though they let you pay for fast delivery they don’t have a UK distribution centre so that’s a load of rubbish. Also, you have to download a different app to track parcels and it was logged via the tracking company as coming from Vinted not Senarah. Seems ok as a carrier, but if you put it on backwards, baby’s weight fully extends it so they could easily fall.

The tracking app is used for better shipment updates, but we get how that can be inconvenient. As for the carrier, it’s designed for forward-facing use only—wearing it backwards can affect safety. Very easy to use, especially if you are alone. The item is well made and my toddler felt secure without my hands holding them. It is easy to adjust too.
My toddler was so comfortable they fell asleep on my shoulder.
