I agree with all the other reviews about trying to cancel & get refunds. Tried to use the online chat and was told I didn’t exist on their system, provided them with the information they requested and was told that I didn’t exist on their system. If I don’t exist on their system how could I have been sent emails & had payments taken. When I asked them this I didn’t get a reply & was then told the chat had been closed through a lack of activity on my part. What activity I should have been doing I don’t know as I was waiting for a response from their support agent. Please avoid this company at all costs. I first contacted them on 15/04/2025 with no response & today 28/04/2025 with the above outcome

I did not complete the sign up process to authorise payment yet this company are taking money from me fortnightly. Despite me contacting them and them assuring me that they would stop. They claimed not to be able to find my account details at first, then miraculously "oh I've found you now".
I haven't even logged on to their service!

My wife bought a pair of sandals from a Chinese company. Somehow, and goodness knows how, her credit card details were sent to the company under review. They have taken each month £45 for no service or benefit to us, totalling so far £135. Our credit card company ( Halifax) have been brilliant and have refunded the payments.
Do not trust Chinese companies and don't look for bargains. More fool us for trusting fancy ads and believing that cheap is best.
Companies like Sendmail are well aware that they are scamming innocent shoppers. I will report them to Trading Standards. The Chinese scammers have disappeared. Oh what a surprise!
Another company has appeared on our credit statement and they are taking regular payments from our account in addition to the original scam. The Chinese company is untraceable and are selling on our details to criminals.
This extremely serious and I would advise anyone not to trust or buy from Chinese sites. They do, however, cleverly disguise themselves as legitimate businesses.
Sorry but this gets better and better! Sendmail247 are registered under the name of Saffire Ribbon Ltd. Just check out Trustpilot reviews. The company is owned by William Mark Donnelly who's correspondence address is in Ireland. He should be arrested and dealt with. Do you think that this rich greedy man will be brought to justice?
PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY TO ACTION FRAUD. If they reimburse you, as they will when you catch up with them, your bank will not report them to FRAUD agencies. You need to bring Mr Donnelly and his scams to book.
William Donnelly Ltd was a company registered in N. Ireland and dissolved in 2023. It's sole director was Jingfei JIN a Chinese national. Is this the Chinese connection?

I have had no direct contact with this company yet find they have taken 3 payments of £45 from my credit card account. There was an initial payment of £1 which I believe was for a parcel tracking service. At no time did I sign up for membership. In fact, I tried to cancel, and they say no one with my name exists! My credit card company is now processing a charge back. Fingers crossed.

Total scam. They get you to pay £1 for delivery of free product. This is really a 3 day trial of their main mail sending website. After 3 days you are enrolled into a £45 membership which continues month after month. You are meant to cancel in the 3 day trial or you are signed into a membership.

This is a system that gives you no information other then the website. If you see the £1payment going through you card get onto them and cancel.

Total SCAM. Offers you a £1 deal and then steals and additional £45 for no apparent reason. When trying to access website now get a malicius website notification. DO NOT FILL IN ANY DETAILS

Spoke with bank, they sign you up for a £45 p/month subsription for nothing sowill continue to take each month.

This company scams people into subscriptions charging £1 and then £45 for nothing - stay away from them - they won't answer your email or phonecalls

I rang the company to try and get my refund for the money that was taken out of my bank account. I didn’t realise that I was subscribing and I had to pay a fee which they taken in total of £46.00 from my bank accountThe gentleman I spoke to. I could not understand a word he was saying he asked me for bank details which was the first six digits and the four last digits of my bankcard also on my name and my email address unfortunately he gave me an email address which I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Very disappointed.

So i thought through facebook that i was receiving a baby box for £1.00 yeah great or so i thought, this company is a mail place with a membership and they have taken a pending payment and wont give me it back
