Shockingly surprised it all worked out… did the quiz, got the suit, sent pics and feedback with concerns, received more questions and observations, and new suit arrived within a few weeks… 100% perfect fit… quite amazing actually… will order another one soon!

Truth in advertising is the best way to share my experience with Sene! Quality looks and terrific value. As impressive as the looks and quality is their standing behind the claim they’ll make the fit perfect! Very easy return and the finished product is like going to a tailor in person! Very pleased and will be future customer!

Everything Sene says about the suit is true. What they didn’t brag about was the customer service. My sizing was a bit off but I was able to send in a few photos of myself wearing the suit and they handled the rest. Truly pleased.

ORDERED 2 SUITS, 2 DRESS SHIRTS, & 3 T-SHIRTS ON 1/7/2023, AS OF THE DATE OF THIS REVIEW, I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1 SUIT, 1 DRESS SHIRT, & 1 T-SHIRT, ALL WERE POOR QUALITY AND DID NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING PROPERLY!!! They charged the entire order amount right away. They claimed it would be produced and shipped within two weeks. That didn't happen. After almost a month got 2 shirts and one suit, all of which were of poor quality and fit very badly even though I filled out all the sizing information.

Suit looked cheap. Poor craftsmanship. The shirt was constructed better but the sizing was just so bad.

Emails and texts took 2-3 days each for a response.
Over two months from the date I placed my order and I am still waiting for the remaining items which they have yet to give me a status update on despite my multiple email inquiries. There is no way to cancel the order and get the remaining refund until it ships and they can't tell me when it will ship.

In their email responses they acknowledge that they were slow in responding and they don't deny that they missed their 2-week shipment representation. Everyone understands unforeseen problems... but Sene, even after realizing it had problems, didn't proactively communicate. It could have sent out an email to all affected, explaining the problem. When you take people's money upfront (rather than at the time of shipping) the burden is on you to keep them informed of problems and delays. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to hunt down what the problem is.

As for my comment on the suit looking cheap. Well, when a suit fits poorly, it looks cheap, and the suit that was delivered to me fit very bad.

Purchased powder blue suit, tough to get fit correct with my shape (6’2 with a 40 inch waist) Normally purchase custom suits. Decided to try Sene, travel for work and wanted to try something new/fun!
First suit was not the fit I was looking for. Christine at Sene responded, sent her pictures and fit I wanted, she ABSOLUTELY nailed to second. Exact fit I wanted.
Could not be happier and will be ordering more this month!

Ordered a black suit...too small...emailed and received a response the next day. Sent photos and my measurements (used jacket and pants that fit the way I like). Returned the too-small suit. A couple of weeks later, received the redone suit. Fits great! Looks great! Will plan to buy a grey suit soon.

As a short man in the US, it’s very difficult to find jeans that fit. As soon as I saw the custom-fit Air Jeans, I knew I had to try it. By the end, I have a great-fitting pair of jeans that I’m happy with. The biggest issue with the process is how many revisions it required. The first pair I received did not match what I put in my fit profile at all. It’s almost like all the measurement info I provided on the website was ignored because the fit was way too large in every dimension. In total, I had to return them for alterations twice before they matched what I asked for. However, in the end, I am happy with the result, it just took several months of returning and waiting to get there.

Was curious about the technology re custom suits without multiple measurements. Ordered first FlexTech suit in May and it arrived a few weeks later and fit great!. So ordered another in June same great service and fit. Ordered 3rd suit in November, some delays due to holidays etc and this one did not fit even close.
But....service was great, returned that one, new one was made and it is wonderful.

I was so tentative about both the tech fabric for a suit as well as this mystery sizing system. I’m SO not easy to fit. Ever. Loved the fabric and it fit exquisitely. I’ve never said that about any suit or jacket ever. Without a doubt order one. You’ll either love it or you can return it. Couldn’t be happier. Ordering another with my size on file!

Got my soho flex tech suit today. The online purchase process was easy. The sizing process was incredibly accurate. The best fitting suit I have ever had. Very very happy with the quality, fit and look of the suit. Modern, cool and extremely comfortable! Definitely buying more from Sene.

Timely electronic responses to my queries; very efficient and helpful request for alterations after initial delivery, and willingness to ship the altered jeans to a different address. First rate customer service. And the custom measurements were followed precisely.

I was very nervous and skeptical regarding getting a well fitting, quality suit in this fashion. I received my suit yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. The measurements and fit are perfect. The customer service was on-point when I asked for updates on my shipment. Front to back - it was a great experience and I'll be back for more.

I've always struggled with getting t shirts that fit. I have a longer torso, and am very broad in the shoulders. I would typically have to buy an XL shirt and then it would be bloomy and look huge. Enter Sene - I ordered my fist one and then they made adjustments from that one. The new batch I ordered fit perfectly, look great and are super comfortable. I'll be ordering another pack of 3 shirts this week!

I've ordered from Sene twice. The first time it was tshirts. The first cut was definitely too loose so I send in pictures and they rapidly sent me Tshirt in the exact fit I was looking for. Fast forward to January, I ordered pants and a button down shirt and they came fitting exactly right the first round. Sene has been communicative through both the order cycles and I will definitely be ordering again.

I've been a customer of Sene since May of '20 (not too long after they launched). I was drawn in by the custom jeans. They were amazing to work with in perfecting the fit and now I have three pairs. They're my go-to jeans for everything (causal, business causal, etc.). I also own a flex tech jacket, pants and more on the way! Huge fan!

Some people pack their suits when they travel. I wear mine. It’s that comfortable. Seriously. I got the suit years ago and the fit is still incredible due to the stretch material. Looks incredible. I bought 2 dress shirts after the suit. Amazing product. I recommend it to everyone.

Sene is great. I sought them out looking for made-to-measure vegan suits and they have not disappointed. You may need to have some back and forth to get there size just right, but they'll work with you to make sure you're satisfied.

I have ordered jeans, t-shirts, and jackets from this company. All of their clothes fit perfectly. It is amazing to get custom fit clothes for what you would pay for off the rack items. All of the staff are very professional.

Excellent fit after tailoring! I’m particularly impressed by the fit and attention to detail without actually taking measurements.

As someone who has purchased custom made suits before, I had high hopes for this suit. I was sorely disappointed.

They claim to be a “bespoke” suit maker, yet it is anything but. See the pic below and read my story. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache. You can do much better at your local retailer and save money.

I ordered 2 suits on 1/6 for a show that I needed to attend on 1/26. The ordering process was smooth. I sent an immediate email that even though my waist measured at 35”, I would need a 34” because of time at the gym. They emailed back and said my suit was in production (the same day), and that no adjustment could be made.

I received one of my two suits, with zero communication about where my second suit was on 1/19. I immediately called, texted, and emailed to find the status on my second suit. The cut wasn’t perfect, there was a weird shoulder cut that made no sense, and the waist needed to be brought in one inch. I received a response 24 hours later by email stating that they would send the second suit after they confirmed my fit.

There has been zero communication about this up front. They asked for pictures to have the suit adjusted, which I immediately stent over. I also stated the importance of having the suits by the 1/25 so I could attend the show I purchased them for on 1/26 in another state. I very clearly asked for the second suit to be sent out. At this point, I would deal with the revisions after my trade show. After being told “no”, I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I received a note saying that it would now take 2 week delay, plus a standard 2.5 week delivery time. My request to have an actual conversation with a supervisor has been ignored.

I also reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn (as a CEO myself) and got jo response other than some quote about them being a “bespoke” clothing maker.

Bespoke implies service. It implies responsiveness. It implies taking care of customers.

What I really received was a sub par tailored suit, which I am now returning. I never spoke with anyone. They never allowed a conversation and it is actually impossible to speak with a human.

If you want to over spend on a poorly fit suit that has odd stitching, this is your place. If you are looking to spend $600 on a suit that fits correctly using a flex weave fabric, you can find that at a suit retailer such as Joseph. A Banks. I ended up buying 2 suits on short notice from a retailer for less than the cost of the Sene suit, including full tailoring to get it to be perfect.

Check out the shoulders for proof. They aren’t even aligned… This was my worst online buying experience ever. What a waste.
