Great customer service…
Company is very customer service oriented. In error I had double ordered and Sensational Kids rang to clarify and then refunded me straight away.
Delivery was also next day

Great customer service experience, I had to call the place and I was provided a fabulous support helping me to solve the problem I had. The order arrived quickly and undamaged. The products is as advertised on the website. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 earmuffs and had requested for picking it up in the store since I live close. But they sent it at home and that saved me time

Items sold are used - beware
Most items arrived as advertised, but one item (the most expensive one!) arrived in its box and had clearly been used prior. The box was torn, the handle ripped and I had to sellotape the whole box back together in order to keep the set together. I wouldn't order from here again. It's too expensive for the shoddy condition it arrived in.

Items not delivered
I ordered some putty and ear defenders a few weeks ago for my daughters stocking for Christmas. I thought they would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days as stated on their website however they still haven't arrived. Ive had post arrive to my house from an post for 10 days since I've made the order but still no sign of my package. I've tried to contact them by email, messenger, facebook, Instagram, phone and have left messages but haven't heard anything back. I've ordered from abroad since making this order and have received those packages.
