Service was far too slow without any communication. Would not recommend. I doubt we will ever use this company again

Delivery was quick and items were well
packaged.
We got a penguin race toy, one of the penguin rollers was broken within 5 goes it fell out and wouldn’t go back in. Other penguins fell on the floor and broke but we put them back together. The place flags go on the slide were fabricated wrongly putting them in upside down and hitting the floor. We just didn’t bother with them. It works fine, kids like it.
Also got the giant domino’s they are great.

Speedy delivery, easy to place order, lovely, sustainable toys

I placed an order in November for two items for my grandson for Christmas. After 21 days I had to contact the company again. I received one of the items, a game which didn't work and a "coupon" for the other which I would have to order again. This company can't be contacted by phone or email so after paying over 40 euro I have only a game that doesn't work.

Took payment online for an item that wasn’t in stock. I contacted them to see when would it be delivered and when I heard it wasn’t in stock I cancelled the order as I needed it in a hurry. Almost two weeks later I am still trying to get my money back. Several emails and promises that accounts were dealing with it but still nothing. Very quick to take my money not so quick to refund it.

Love the fidgets for our more sensory dental patients to help them relax!! Sensational Kids had an amazing selection. Service & delivery efficient as always

Sensory toys box: No names with some toys so had to look up sensory toys to find out what they were. Looked like things got chucked into the storage box as some toys out of packaging and some packaging damaged- not good look for a Christmas present.

Ear defenders: are good. Block out most noises (bin lorries not so much). Comfortable fit but would have preferred that the logo was more discrete so not to draw attention to the wearer

Lifesaver! I needed some specialised headphones for a therapeutic programme. If it wasn't for sensational kids, I would have had to get them from the US, with a delivery charge far higher than the already very expensive headphones. My order was processed quickly, the headphones arrived just a couple of days later, in good condition. Satisfactory customer experience all-round. Thank you!
