the quality needs to be better
the quality needs to be better. I ordered the four pack of squeezy ice cubes and on the first the first one my son played with got a hole in it. My son was playing with it the way it was advertised and intended to be played with and it got a hole in it. He moved on to play with a the purple one the next day and that one got a hole in it too. he is now too worried to play with the other ones in case they also break.
Also I did not recieve the bag that was advertised with the set of 4 on the website.

Sensory Sam has been amazing to work with! The package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong house even though it was labeled correctly. I contacted them and they helped me to chase up the package and got it all sorted. They are a friendly, helpful and awesome team and the products are always great quality!
