I found the ordering and then the prompt delivery service was great. Everything ran smoothly. I can't comment on the contents of my order as it's a Christmas present for our autistic grandson.
Thank you for making shopping so easy.

Fast efficient delivery. Products are great, however chewy necklace lasted a few days before my son chewed it in half!

Excellent service always 👏 hubby did a phone order with his mum and she loves paying for toys for our boy thanks heaps quick and communicate always

We had quick and seamless communication and delivery. I am very happy with the products, as are my kids.

I bought a teddy each for my 5 children and one of them had a wee rip in the seem. I emailed and another was sent out asap and the team was super understanding and happy to send out a replacement. My babies were super happy with their teddies and they all got different ones. They are very loved and amazing quality! They’re also massive!

Great products and great communication. Prompt delivery.

Great product, received quickly.

Phenomenal service and easy to piece together, daughter enjoys it but keeps jumping thru the side slit lol serves its purpose and more 😁

Such quick delivery and excellent customer service. My kids love the products!!!!

There was a mix up with my delivery, but the team at Sensory Sam quickly dealt with it. My son got his sensory swing on time for his birthday. They were very efficient and helpful. The product is absolutely beautiful, lovely fabric, colour and of excellent quality. You get everything you need to install it in your home. I also bought and extra carabina so we can use it outside. They are slightly more expensive than others on the internet but these will last and I think my son is going to get years of relaxation, quiet and creative enjoyment out of it. Thanks Sensory Sam!
