Sensory Toys4U Ltd  Avis 

Made an order on 28/03/2023 and paid extra for next day delivery. I didn’t receive the order the next day so I called them to find out what was happening with my order, I was told they didn’t have it in stock and was trying to see if they could get it from the suppliers and would be with me in two days. 6 days passed and I’d still not received my order or a dispatch email so I tried to contact them throughout the day via email and call with no luck. I contacted my bank to try and get my money back, and made a review on here which they then contacted me and asked me to take the review down and said they would refund me so I took the review down. Said this would take upto 5 working days, it’s been 6 working days not including Friday-Monday being a bank holiday weekend. All in all it’s been 9 days. I emailed yesterday with no response and I’m hoping my bank can get the money back as £320.93 is a lot to lose as a single parent, and we now have a unusable bubble tube with no support surround and no funds to replace the one i never received.

It’s been 3 weeks since a “refund” was issued from sensorytoys4u, which I didn’t receive I was told this could take 3-6 working days, after 9 days I contact the bank to raise a dispute which has been now ongoing for 3 weeks. The owner said he had issued the refund, ignored my emails and only responded to ask me to take the review down and wasn’t interested in helping me get my money back said he’d done his part it’s down to the bank, the bank haven’t been able to contact them and is still open as a dispute trying to get my money back. Honestly avoid this company at all costs because you’ll be left out of pocked and they don’t care about helping you if they aren’t cashing in, a shame as you’d think a company based around selling equipment for people with disabilities they’d help someone with autism receive their money back

We ordered our items (set of 6 pastel stones and 1 classic confetti balance board) everything came packaged PERFECTLY. We had an issue with the carrier and even though they confirmed they received the information needed from the shop, it still took a week to clear customs. And it STILL made it in time for my niece’s birthday. Very happy and very satisfied 🙂

This is a company of hard working people who care about their products and their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in ordering quality and specialized items for their loved ones. The prices are fantastic and they have a lot of heart! 10/10!

Drop shipping and not Fulfilling my order/daughters order. We just wanted clarity.

I first came across this company when trying to find a Stapelstein supplier. We ordered the stepping stones at a fantastic price - the best around! There was a slight confusion with the delivery date but it was quickly resolved with brilliant communication from SENsory Toys 4U.
Once they’d arrived(just before Christmas), I changed my mind on one of the colours, and Chris very generously said he would send out my preferred colour as a gift! So so grateful!
Chris is very enthusiastic and passionate about the products he sells which is brilliant. Great to support a small family business.
Will definitely be a returning customer.

Just an update on my SENsory Toys4U order of Stapelstein. I ordered on Sunday Jan 8th. I was one of the first to place an order. Mine was in the mid 1600s. I ordered BEFORE I posted in all the groups.

On Thursday the 19th I got a Shop app update saying my order had shipped but there was no tracking. The thing is that the Shop app said it was shipped the 19th but it wasn’t. It was really shipped the 25th.

On Wednesday the 25th, I got a tracking number.

My order was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday Feb 1st and I got it Monday January 30th.

Originally when I ordered it said I would get them Jan 13-26 but this was BEFORE them getting about 500 orders. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting them until spring. I thought I would be lucky to get them by Valentine’s Day. My tracking said Feb 1 and I got them Jan 30!

Very happy with this company! They’re a small business and they’re working nights and weekends to get everyone’s orders out. I’m not affiliated with them at all. Just wanted to post this to ease people’s minds.

I purchased the Wooden sensory blocks much bigger then I imagined was very happy with them grate quality and comes in a lovely packaged box I love the sand, beads, liquid it’s a very nice gift for someone! Thankyou

I ordered a discovery table end of October which unfortunately was out of stock I told Chris I would wait on restock I was constantly kept up to date with progress of order Chris was very much on the ball and honest about progress of order I received my order today as it was sent as soon as became available would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use again

So I would like to start that I purchased optic fabric tails with light source , however content of this product was deferent what I received , 360£ they not worth that money they fragile and picture and reality is way deferent . Another thing communication from this store particular regarding my order was , I emailed couple times and they respond was it’s coming , supplier is slow , payed 6.99£ FedEx next day delivery , received nearly after 2 weeks with Evri , must say at list received . How ever can’t refund this product as soon allready pulled out 2 tails out , 350£ I payed and got in the end it’s probably worth 50£ all together.

Ordered, never received goods. Lots of promises that never materialised. Had trouble getting my money back but bank sorted it. Never use the company again

I bought the stretchy grub as a gift and sadly became weakened with a short period of time (several hours) it then burst open and a fine grained filling poured out. Had this item been more solid it may have had a longer life. As a concept it is great, in terms of practicality and Health and Safety I am sad to say it greatly disappointed me.

I got a different item from what I ordered.

Brilliant service received my items for my daughter today and I’m really impressed with everything Thankyou I will be ordering again 🙂

I ordered some squidgy numbers and Chris went above and beyond to make sure that they got to me before an event. Unfortunately one number was damaged, but Chris sourced more stock and sent out a replacement set, and kept me well-informed throughout the process.
