Sensselo Vacuum Pump Avis 8

This company are truly awful, unprofessional and dishonest, do not use them. Like others reviewers I purchased 1 item but the order confirmation stated that 4 had been ordered. I immediately contacted them to point out the error and they stated that whilst they couldn’t stop the order ( although it had only been ordered 10 minutes previously) that i wasn’t to worry as i could return the items within 30 Days. Once received I have tried to do this via numerous messages but they fail to provide any return details.
Do not be scammed, do not use this company.

Beim Kauf wird uneingeschränktes 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht in den AGB angegeben. Wenn man aber Produkte tatsächlich zurückgeben will, dann ist dies plötzlich wegen „… strenger Hygiene- und Sicherheits-Richtlinien …“ völlig ausgeschlossen?! Also dort nur kaufen, wenn Rückgabe nicht in Erwägung gezogen wird.

Dishonest merchant. I accidentally bought 2 pumps instead of one. Having been reassured about 30 day return- they refused to take them back, including an unopened one. Also the pump is useless. Rubber Bands are too cumbersome and difference in sizes is too big. ie too small or too large a band. Do not purchase.

I ordered I thought 1 pump but by mistake ordered 3! I realized my mistake immediately and contacted customer service but they said they had already been shipped but that I could return the 2 I did not need when received. However when I contacted customer service to ask how to return they said they could not return for hygiene reasons even though they were unopened. This is obviously an unreasonable contract and I am going to challenge this with my card company. Avoid this company at all costs

Everything went well, I'm satisfied.

Terrible customer service. I placed my online order and received an email that same day, showing my shipping address and the email stated that I would receive a tracking # within 24 hours.
I never received it and several days later I sent them an email asking for the tracking number.
I then got an email saying that “Delivery services” department indicated that I did not provide my shipping address and that I needed to “provide” that information. That is a lie!
Their first “order confirmation” email showed my customer information including my address for shipping!

And get ready for language barriers when you talk to their customer service reps.
In total I spoke to 3 Customer Service representatives, same issue.
The reps offered nothing for my inconvenience.

They all read from a script and kept saying that they just needed to “confirm” my address before shipping and that it was their standard practice.

9 days in total and still no tracking number.

Also their website says:

“We offer free & fast worldwide shipping on all Sensselo orders. Enjoy reliable service on every order – delivered fast to your door.”

Not free!! Of course I was charged $6 for shipping for incredibly frustrating and slow shipping.

I cancelled my order and if I don’t get a quick refund I will report this as fraud to my bank

Just scam. I decided to post my feedback a bit everywhere because it is really unacceptable. I never got my order and customer service just pretend to not understand. Please DO NOT order. u/sensselo
