Ordered a product for £200.
Not received. No tracking information.
No reply to numerous emails asking for delivery date
Been a month and nothing.
Scam.

I ordered a £160 garden shed from this website and all seemed legit at first, however no shipping notification or tracking followed. I contacted via email twice and there was no response at which point I did a little bit more research and it appeared that I was one of many who had been scammed. I have contacted my bank and awaiting an outcome on whether I’ll get my money back.

I purchased a dehumidifier from this fake company paid £55 for it there is no guarantee to get my money back the credit card company have refunded the money
they say I might have to pay them back if they have no success in retrieving the money back .

Paid £69.00 for a home treadmill but no tracking info received and no response to emails. This is a SCAM!!! Contacting my card company to recover money paid if possible. These frauds should be strung up!!!!

Ordered 2 car seats, had an order confirmation and heard nothing since, no response to my message. Reported it our credit card company so hopefully we will get our money back. Shameless scammers!

Definitely a scam got a metal shed for £80 never received any order updated website is now unavailable on shopify.

SCAM website. Takes orders, takes money but goods never delivered.

If you have ordered and paid for goods but they have not been delivered, you are a victim of FRAUD.

Contact your bank / credit card company and report the fraud to Report Fraud. Take steps to protect your money and identity.

Scam website . Asked for delivery update - no communication at all

Spent £90 on a garden plastic box, we wanted a delivery date as we are going away.i Emailed and messaged to say that we will pay delivery to get it here but no reply. Telephone number is invalid. SCAM SCAM

Placed order on 22/08/26, money taken 25/08/26. No communication, no shipping, no replies to emails & phone number provided says you have dialed an incorrect number! Everything screams SCAM right now.

Think it may be bogus company.
25/09/26 no goods recieved trying chargeback through credit card

I’m worried, as I placed an order over a week ago and there hasn’t been no communication about my order or any update on its progress. I fear I’ve lost £60 to a bogus company.
