They are the worst company. they never shipped the correct item. did not have a working website. they are just a fraud and they are based in china not in America.
Would never buy from them again. Only answered the credit company when the charge was disputed

This company did not send what was ordered.
When I approach them about it to return the incorrect item they gave me a runaround and told me it would be at my expense to return the item and it would be going to China.
They were willing to send me the correct item which was what I ordered at an additional expense
When they were the ones that made the mistake in the first place.
Terrible customer service and very unreliable
and they don’t stand behind what they sell
Technically, it looks like everything comes from China and it seems this is a ghost front store here

Absolute scam operation. I hate that I can't give this company zero stars. They are using AI-generated images of merchandise, will send you something that looks completely different and is made out of material as about as high-quality as a McDonald's napkin, then refuse to stand by their own posted return policies and just block you when you try to return anything. You aren't getting your money back unless you file a chargeback with your card provider.

Ordered 6 garments from what I believed to be a US-based company, because they've gone to great lengths to make it look like they are, including showing up on your card statement as being based in Dover, DE. That's just a registered agent address. There's no Delaware company called Serena Los Angeles. They claim to ship via UPS. It's all coming YunExpress. The YunExpress shipping confirmations were my first indication I'd been taken for a ride and this was a Chinese fast fashion company.

When the merchandise eventually arrived 3 weeks later (well outside of their posted "4-8 business day" timeframe), half of it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered, and the other half was such bad quality that it was either unwearable (bunching seams, fabric folded on itself where it shouldn't have been, etc.) or would have fallen apart in the first wash.

They have a 30 day money back guarantee posted all over their website. Like many others here, I tried to get them to stand by their POSTED RETURN policy, only for them to make up imaginary exclusions to that policy ("sale items are excluded" oh really - where is that posted?) or try to get me to pay them even more money in shipping to exchange for other merchandise before ultimately blocking me.

After being blocked I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company with a mountain of evidence, and they found in my favor. If you end up in the same situation of having to file a chargeback, be sure to include a side-by-side comparison with photos of the misrepresented products that don't match the listings, screenshots that prove the company lied about being US-based, screenshots of emails with the "customer service" department refusing to honor their own posted return policies and a screenshot of all of the Trustpilot reviews where they've defrauded other customers (that might have ultimately been what won my case immediately). If you file a chargeback just saying you didn't get the merchandise you ordered, Serena Los Angeles WILL fight the chargeback because they are scammers with nothing better to do and you'll have to spend hours appealing like I did.

Better yet, just stay far, far, far away from this company. I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet.

I would not even give one star. The worse I have ever seen . Did not receive item ordered try to reach customer service they didn't respond and then blocked my emails. I am stuck with a 59.99 shirt that I didn't order will never wear and can't reach these crooks they won't refund or send me what I actually ordered. Do not use this company they are worthless and you won't get what u order.

This company is a scam. I ordered one product, received two and was charged for two. Two things that I did not order. I saw another review and the person had ordered the exact same thing I had and they also sent her something different. Obviously they don't even have the products they are claiming to sell. I tried to get a hold of the company and it's impossible. I never write negative reviews but this company is a SCAM!!!!

What a scam!!! Buyer beware! Another China company. I did not get what I ordered. Instead, a cheap pink shirt with fringes. Now they are arguing that I ordered that shirt. Unbelievable. How are companies like this still in business?? Disputing with my credit card company.

I feel totally scammed by this place. I received what I ordered in the wrong size and the quality was terrible. I have tried contacting them for weeks now and never get a response.

How do I give a Zero-Star rating? This company is a total scammer. I ordered a sweatshirt through a link on FB and received a totally different item about a month later. There is no phone number listed for Customer Service on their website, and when I email them at their "support" email listed on their Website, they are returned to me as undeliverable. The ladies' shirt that I received is of such poor quality that even IF it was the order I placed, I would return it. DO not fall for their scam. They act legit, but are not. Even my computer blocked me from accessing their Website, saying it was "unsafe". I HATE getting scammed. It's taken me 4-days of giving them the benefit of the doubt, trying to return the item, and then finally realizing they are thieves since this item arrived, so I am now reporting them to my bank as well as the FTC for wire fraud.

Do not buy from this company! I would not have given any stars if that were possible.
I emailed before buying to make sure I could return what didn't fit. They said yes. They sent two things I didn't order, and not everything that I did. They would not tell me how to return the clothing, and asked if I wanted them to send me additional items that I would need to pay for. After going back and forth, they ghosted me. The quality of the clothing is subpar as well.
I am out almost $400. Buyer beware!

I ordered what appeared to be a really attractive very well made item of clothing from SerenaLosAngles and received merchandise that had absolutely no resemblance to the item pictured on their website. Different color, different material, different design and it looked very cheap with fake fringe cut into it. I've tried to return this item for a refund and have reached out to SerenaLosAngles through their support team email but they refuse to respond to me. I paid $60.00 for this merchandise and received merchandise that is completely unwearable. They advertise a 30-Day Money-Back guarantee but refuse to honor this promise. Unfortunately, I used my debit card to pay for this so I have no recourse for recovery. I appear to be out $60.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SHAM!

The worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered a pair of jeans- received them. Nothing like what I ordered. I sent them 3 mails asking for return instructions. No response. No phone number. They are horrible. Don't ever order from them!!!!!!!

Order took about a month, rec’d wrong sweaters and the wrong sizes. Every attempt to contact them for a return has been met with no response. Not a good company!

My Mom ordered a dress from your Serena Los Angeles. She received a totally different dress. Of very inferior quality. I have emailed the store 3 times already to get return instructions. Absolutely no response from Serena Los Angeles! The fact that the store claims to offer returns up to 30 days is simply a ruse to let your guard down and trust this site.

This company deserves 0 stars. My experience is very much like others recent posts. I ordered the very cute brown quarter zip sweatshirt with fringe. Though their site estimates shipping times to be 4-8 business days, mine took 16 days (15 business days and finally delivered on the weekend). When it finally arrived, it is the same ugly pink button up shirt with cheap fringe all over it that others describe. Luckily after numerous delays, I contacted my credit card company and they issued an immediate refund. Now that I have received this awful thing, I will send an email to — SerenaLosAngeles which I believe should rightfully be named SerenaChina— and let them know if they provide a return free of charge shipping label, I will return it to them. Otherwise, it will be donated. However, like others, my previous attempts at communicating with this company have been blocked. The refund that I received from my credit card company was based on the delivery issues and my perception that this company is deceitful. I will follow up with my credit card company to let them know that this company has a history of sending whatever they want and is fraudulent. They should be banned.

If I could give no star I would! This company is a scam and should be shut down. Everyone who has had the misfortune of ordering from this company should complain to Facebook and Instagram that they not be allowed to advertise. I ordered 2 shirts and what came was so totally different from what I ordered- crappy quality and absolutely ugly - I wouldn’t put them on my dog!!! I have emailed their so called customer service everyday and don’t get a response. I have asked for a refund everyday and never get a response. President Trump should impose a 100% tariff on these Chinese companies claiming to be American and scamming our citizens!!!

Ordered a "cute" brown 1/4 zip with fleece inside the collar and received a pink check button down with cheap fringe on the back, front and arms. Sent an email and they will not respond and now my emails are not going through, and by reading other posts it looks like they have blocked me. Their policy says 30 days 100% returns allowed. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge.

These products are way over priced for the quality, the dress i bought is beautiful in the picture but was the worse quality crap i have ever seen.

If there was no star that's what they would get. I ordered this beautiful western, brown suede, Zip fitted shirt with fringe on the bottom. They shipped the ugliest pink, non fitted, awful fringe all over the shoulders, sleeves, front of button shirt different decal and nothing I would EVER WEAR!!! I'm furious they should be shut down!

Don't order from this company they are a fraud. I did not receive the item I ordered and then they told me I could not get a refund since the item was on sale. They said I could exchange for a small shipping fee. Why would I pick something else when I did not receive the item I ordered the first time. They will not respond to my repeated requests for a refund. Their response is an AI generated response that I cannot respond to. This company is a phony and a fake. They cannot provide the items they advertise in the pictures of the clothing on their website. I have been emailing them since 1/30. I would like to report them for false advertising and not providing the items that are ordered from their pictures. If anyone can point me in the right direction I will gladly accept.

Horrible. Item I ordered was not what I rec'd. They sent a much cheaper item nothing like what I paid for. Didn't bother to notify me what I ordered wasn't available. After waiting for a month. Then told me to choose another item because what I ordered was a sale item & no refund allowed. No follow up to my 2nd e-mail regarding the issue with the fact of item sent was not what I ordered originally!
