I have been using the 10% CBD tincture for a few weeks now. I teach yoga in the evenings and I'm a busy mum to 3 boys. After evening classes I can feel very 'wired' and it can be hard to relax before bed. I know all the tricks to unwind after a busy day but I've found that the CBD oil really does help me to relax before bed so I can get off to sleep and most importantly have a restful sleep.
