I wrote a review about my bracelet taking so long to arrive but I have finally got it thanks but doesn't seem to do anything still got all my symptoms

Really happy with rings excellent quality. Well packaged and quick delivery.

I love delicate, intricate jewellery and Serene Jewellery’s plain gold clover bracelet and necklace was everything i’ve been looking for. Not only was it packaged beautifully but the quality was amazing. I’m yet to wear them both, plenty of opportunities this festive season and I can’t wait.

They were really easy to talk to, very helpful and I got a stunning bracelet from them which I haven’t taken off since I got it. The bracelet is unique, very well made and clearly of high quality. I thought it was going to be prettier. I ordered the pink stone and I thought the stone was going to be flatter. It sticks up too high for me and looks fake. This rings looks like costume jewelry.

I can honestly say, hand on heart, I am truly in love with my rings. Sonika was so helpful and the moment she showed me her collection - I fell in love. Not only are my rings beautiful and of pure quality, I've had the best customer service and experience with purchasing my gem!

If I could give zero reviews I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Canceled an order they sent anyway. No person is available to resolve they just keep sending automated responses that do not address the issue. WOULD NEVER BY FROM THEM

UPDATE: I posted about the wrong Serene Jewelry company, I was writing about Serene Western, so I have updated this to a 5-star so they do not get hit with any rating review negativity.

The return policy is not "Worry-free" as advertised. I tried to return due to being a gift and the recipient not liking the style, and was met with resistance the entire time and I am not out over $108 and left with a product I can't use. The return policy also states that if you return due to personal preference, there is a $7.99 return fee, the return shipping is at the expenmce of the customer and a 60% restocking fee is charged. Doesn't sound like they really want anyone to return their items. Their responses are slow, then they point out the time frames have been reached. Their is nothing stating that this company is actually in Scottsdale Arizona either. The replies come in my inbox in the early morning EST, and that would mean they only reply after midnight, and that seems more likely they are overseas and not in the US. If you order, I hope you like what you receive, because you are stuck with it !!!

I ordered the gold surina ring and the lock drop earrings. BOTH were so so pretty! I got many compliments, especially on the earrings. Great quality, sparkle and price. Along with that, amazing customer service too! I would definitely recommend Serene Jewelry.

Wooww... Can I just say the whole experience from choosing my rings and earrings from Serene Jewellery has been amazing. From using the ring guide to the detailed description of each individual items on their website has been fantastic. Wanted a few things to bling me out so I opted for a ring and some earrings and they have not tarnished or disappointed at all. The quality of the products are amazing and I will definitely be going back to purchase more. I bought 2 rings for my wife, and they were amazing. She loved them! What I liked was the bling, the weight and they were pure silver. Highly recommended and delivery was free which was a bonus.
