Had a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa & Facials! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facial was relaxing and refreshing! My skin felt so clean and glowing afterward. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience — extremely disappointing
I would strongly recommend staying away from Serenity Spa. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt that the sales process was misleading and that I was not given clear information about what I was agreeing to.
What made the situation even worse was the way my concerns were handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue fairly, I felt ignored and pushed aside.
I regret doing business with this company and would not return. Think very carefully before giving them your payment information or agreeing to any membership or financing.
