The earrings are exactly as described and are lovely. I’ve been disappointed with prior online purchases ( not from this seller) so pleasantly surprised.

I am still waiting for them I have emailed and been assured they are on their way but the tracking number I have doesn't work .I have emailed again and waiting for reply ,I am not really satisfied at all and its a shame because they are really nice earings,and I have seen some others I like but I am ambitious reluctant to order them now.

When I received my parcel the wrapper/bag it was in was damaged as was the box the game was in and on inspecting the game, the game was damaged/broken. Not happy at all........ Was going to be a gift for my grandson but felt I couldn’t give it to him broken plus it arrived to late for a Christmas present!!!!

Took longer than expected and box was very out of shape unfortunately.

Have now got my goods and am delighted with them. Have also had a reply to my review. It is a shame it took a bad review to get a response. However I accept they have a new team and accept the apology offered. The products still great, looks like a blip in customer servicevdue to changes in team. When i wrote a thank you email for a previous order, it was responded to right away thanking me and asking me to write a review on Trust Pilot which I did.

On my next order No 22883 from 4th December which is still not delivered I have sent 2 emails over the past 2 days and had no response. Not even had a despatch email either. Not good enough.

I ordered the connect game . It came in a damaged , damp smelly box . I sent photos and explained I did not want to keep the packaging in the house so put it in the outside bin . I wash the game in warm soapy water and it was okay but could obviously not give it as a Christmas gift . I felt I was entitled to a 50% discount and was offered £2.0O , then £5.00 with a nippy reply asking how I managed to purchase the goods for £20.0O when it should have been £23.00 clearly it was their discount code and a rant about them not making profit if the refunded £10 . Also told to post it back and pay for it . Never again . I would be very wary using this site .

I have bought this for our Xmas family game. I'm sure it will be fun 😍... Good delivery and good value for the money.

Bought this game bounce connect 4 for the grandchildren and for us adults to play Christmas day, we've played it quite a few times already and we love it.

Really didn't want to put any stars . I purchased 3 games for grandchildren 2 were not too bad but poorly presented .
It was the popping game that was a huge disappointment. Not boxed ,it was in a very flimsy see through cellophane bag. Very poor quality. Sergio Davis would not accept as a return because ' I explained it was poor quality '. We couldn't return it just because we didn't like it. Its in the bin.

You can return it only if it's broken, not just because you don't like it unfortunately our policies are really strict about that.

Never heard of them before and to be honest not sure what i expected when ordering the bounce Connect 4 game. Don’t really post reviews, but got to say I had great experience from payment/deliver full tracking of where it was and great price in my opinion. Top job and love it, despite me keep losing to the missus!!! Thanks Marc

Got this for my grandson who's mad on dinosaurs but he doesn't get a look in as my husband and son play with it more. Was very pleased with it and with the speed it was delivered
