Professional Root Canal Treatment - Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic experience at Serik Smile for my root canal treatment. I was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. İsa was incredibly professional and gentle, making the entire procedure completely pain-free and comfortable. You can tell he is a true expert in his field.
A special thanks to the patient coordinator, İzel, who was amazing throughout the whole process. She was so welcoming, organized, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her communication and kindness really put me at ease.
If you are looking for high-quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Serik Smile!

I was communication via WhatsApp, and I agreed to use their service and booked my flights.
The next day I explained that I was nervous and asked about pain relief and how many injections were used. My question wasnt answered for a day even though they promise 24/7 customer care. The answer came that they can use analgesia it wont be painful. I replied that I find injections painful. Their immediate response said......WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?...
I cannot believe i received such an aggressive rude comment from customer services. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment.

We take all reviews seriously; however, after carefully checking our patient records, we are unable to identify a treatment or visit matching the details described in this review.
We would also like to clarify that throughout the communication process, all of your questions were answered individually and in detail by our patient coordinator. Unfortunately, during this exchange, our coordinator was subjected to an aggressive tone and accusatory language, without consideration of the time difference.
Our patient coordinator consistently remained polite and professional while trying to assist you. At one point, after repeated directive and disrespectful remarks, they expressed that they are a human being and asked for respectful communication.
We were disappointed to see that these details were omitted from the review. For transparency, please note that all correspondence from start to finish is documented and on record.
We always strive to provide clear information, respectful communication, and support to everyone who contacts us.

Serik Smile’s first (international) review!
I had contacted Serik Smile via WhatsApp ahead of my trip to Turkey (from UK) and Izel assisted me from this point onwards, up until my departure and beyond.
Izel’s professionalism is second to none, but moreover, I felt a sense of genuine care and concern - from answering loads of questions patiently (even outside usual working hours) to arranging transport and even following up till this day (nearly a month after a successful treatment). Her English is fluent too!
Additionally, the dental practice itself is well managed by Isa, who carried out my treatment with excellence, demonstrating deep experience and knowledge. Aside from the duration of the sessions, which lasted longer than expected/advised, I was pleased with the overall service and of course, my teeth!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Serik Smile to friends and family and will visit again if I’m ever in town :)
