Staff behind the counter on their phones. Not taking orders, not interested and certainly not helpful. It's such a shame the hiring policy is not more thorough!!

I ordered a Chai concentrate that I have been using for over a year. It was priced reasonably and shipped to me in a timely manner. I ordered two bottles and opened one. The taste was off and I couldn't drink it, it seemed spoiled. When I contacted them to return for a refund I was told I could return the unopened bottle for a refund but not the opened one. How else could I know the tea was off without tasting it?

Order with plenty of time
The product was as described and the shipping took the amount of time that I selected at checkout but the processing took a very long time! It took almost two and a half weeks before the items were even shipped. I will likely not purchase from here again.
