The replacement was handled without any difficulty, and customer service is always quick and efficient in answering any questions. I am giving this a 4-star rating because while the customer support was truly exceptional, the lack of clear upfront disclosure on import fees for international buyers creates unnecessary difficulty.

I had to initiate an RMA for three defective SSDs. As an international customer, my biggest concern was avoiding being double-taxed on customs duties and VAT for the replacement shipment. The support team handled this flawlessly. They confirmed they would manage the customs declaration for the warranty return, provided a prepaid shipping label for the return, and were proactive in chasing the package when it was delayed in transit with FedEx.

When the exact replacement drive was out of stock, I opted for a full refund. The dedication of the support team to resolve a complex, international warranty and customs issue was outstanding. The only reason it is not a 5-star review is the initial purchasing experience, where better transparency regarding international import costs is needed.

I have bought 2x 24TB hard drive, for a total of more than 1200 USD.
Both of them were faulty, didn't even turn on and were unreadable by both NAS and PC.

This scammy company asked ME to pay the shipping (100$, intl shipping) and also the dared to ask me to pay 30$ more. For what?

I will never buy from them again and I am worried that I won't get my money back.

Another email came through at 1:08 am saying my order was on its way. I was reviewing my emails today, looking for the shipping information, and saw that another email was sent on 11/24 at 2:02 pm stating the order had been cancelled and refunded. I thought I was finished Christmas shopping and if I had not looked for the shipping information, I would have been waiting for a package to arrive.
