Service Site Appliance Repairs Avis 3 605

Waiting a long time for the engineer to fix my appliance and bad communication. Apparently they share one van. They said they would come to fix the appliance but never showed up and no phone/ text unless I rang. With a newborn baby it’s not ideal. I initially picked this site for the reason that they can fix the appliance quickly which is false advertising. Also been receiving texts with another invoice even though we’ve paid. The appliance is fixed but work on your communication skills

Pleasant man who did the job in under 30 minutes because I had already sourced the part needed. I thought the price of over 106 pounds was exorbitant

The Engineer was very good, he diagnosed the fault very quickly and fixed it. Excellent service.

The company advertised that a partial refund would be available if the machine wasn't fixable, however the engineer charged the full amount and refused to give me any refund when the machine wasn't fixable. The customer support team have been no help at all. I paid £85 for someone to come and tell me they couldn't fix a machine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Company responded promptly, but was told before the problem with the fridge was even looked at, it would cost £145.00 cash! Quick defrost was carried out, but a faulty part which caused the problem, could not be replaced. I was charge £46.00 for a part which in fact was the use of a steamer to defrost the ice. The company, never responded to my queries, so I had to purchase a new fridge freezer!

Spot on, prompt reply to enquiry, turned up the next day to fix the problem, we did need another part but they still went away got it and promptly came back to get our oven working again.
Reasonable prices and quick fix.
Very pleasant engineer too, easy payment system also, just apple payed.

Contact Company on Sunday, engineer and call out scheduled for Tuesday. Engineer arrived on time, very professional. Repair carried out on site. Call out costs and charges as expected.

Jeremy contacted me early in the morning and this was great because I didn't need to wait all day. He arrived a little later and he immediately set fixing the appliance and he didn't even need to discuss what was needed. Obviously it was obvious i needed door attaching but he was able to get on with the job because he had clearly known what parts to bring etc. I was impressed that he took time to check the machine was working before he left.
Impressive company fair on price reassuring the price was similar to the quote.
