Great quality and good service overall

Bought some snowboard trousers for my son great quality unfortunately run small. Spoke to the customer service team who were very responsive and dealt with the return. Had overall good experience quality of goods is excellent. Customer services provided a solution without any trouble.

Beware of the 'sting' if you have to return an item

Good products but if the size is wrong (the snowboard pants were too short) They make you return it to Washington in the USA ( when the items were posted in the UK). I had to pay £35 postage! So beware if you want to keep open the option of a return. Added to that - I sent 3 emails to the customer service. No response!! Someone could not be bothered or over a week no one was working! What a pity.

Delayed and no replies.

I ordered myself a snowjacket and some snowpants on the 19th of november and its now the 3rd of December and i am still waiting. My package just arrived in Los Angeles yesterday and it will probably take another week to get here to Washington. I tried to contact SeshSnow via Email and Instagram but got no reply. I am not angry but sad and disappointed in service and shippment.

Edit: one day later SeshSnow contacted me and we could figure it out.

Can’t review something I still haven’t received a month later

Ordered my jacket on the 1st of January and here it is February the 5th and my order still has not arrived

My son ordered pants on the 5th…

My son ordered pants on the 5th December and they are yet to arrive. Apparently still in “processing”. We are going skiing next week so very very disappointed. Order# 1176.
Would really like to know where they are.

Constant personal and professional help

I ordered an item from China. I did receive it just before Christmas. Your personnel kept in touch through the whole process. PS I originally order TWO of the same pants by MISTAKE. Your personnel got in touch to be sure I wanted TWO and cancelled one order for me. What a great opportunity to save me the task of returning one after the fact. Where do you find service like that???

Where's my order???

I placed an order for my son. His snow pants took over 2 weeks to arrive in our valley. When they did they never delivered or attempted to contact me via email or phone and the carrier sent them back to somewhere.

I have emailed the company to get them resent and no one has tried to contact me. is this a scam company?

I love the products on the site. They have the exact style I have been looking for. As a park rat baggy pants is a must! Talked to customer service about my size. Super friendly and patient. Shipping is a bit slow but nbd.

Honestly super impressed with the product. Looks awesome with my gear. The first I ordered didn’t fit but they respond quick with exchange when you ask for it. It gets you too about the same time which is not a big deal. Amazing customer service.
