Very bad product and service
Giving 1 star because it is not possible to give less.
I ordered a DESK MAT - GREY WITH BROWN.
I will begin pointing out that the product shipped was the wrong one, they shipped DESK MAT - GREY. I contacted them via Instagram and told them that the product shipped was the wrong one, and they blocked me and never answered again.
The quality of the product is really disappointing. It came very bad folded and after 1 month trying to get rid of the folding mark, it is not possible.
It was an overall bad experience!

They robbed me it’s been well over 3 weeks then I contacted them via Instagram only to be shut down when I’m in the right and never the less the customer is alway right but anyways bottom line STAY AWAY scam company

First of all, we'd like to thank you for sharing your experience.
You ordered an Air Humidifier at November 17, 2021 and it got delivered at December 02, 2021
We notified you that there is a small delay due to sales season (Black Friday) and you said that you're fine with it.
Then after letting you know about the expected delivery times, you messaged us with bad behavior and aggression calling us clowns, scammers and yelling at our employees.
You must understand that you're talking on humans and you have to behave better to an employee ( Suzy ) when we can't speed up the delivery times, EVEN if the package was at the customs holded for many days while it was at the half the days of the expected delivery you kept talking bad and being rude to our staff.
We'd like you to answer on how can a company can be a scam when they deliver your package within the expected timeframe and keep up their professionalism even you're being rude?
Please note that the customer Rosie Marshall didn't complained about our product quality after he received it and we're really glad for that.

I am not one to write a review for anything. But I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase of the (Light Grey Desk Mat) and will be ordering more products soon.
I was expecting a subpar desk mat to be honest. I have ordered so many and either they fall apart after 2 months of use or the quality from the packaging is just so bad that I return it asap.
So when my desk mat arrived, I was floored by the quality. Definitely deserving of checking them out for yourself.

I ordered the AirPods case!
It’s good! I was a bit skeptical at how light weight it was but after put it on it was perfect - especially the bottom plug for the charger so no dirt or dust gets in. And the clip is so useful because I can clip it on my bag without rummaging around.
The issue I had was the shipping as it came 3-4 weeks later but given covid it’s understandable!
