I was switched to the Seven Cells pharmacy through Mochi Health without my informed consent or prior disclosure, which raises serious concerns regarding transparency and patient choice. I remained on this compounded tirzepatide for approximately four months and have now spent over $1,100, during which time I gained weight instead of losing it.
Based on my outcome and the lack of meaningful response from Mochi Health, I have concerns about whether this formulation is being produced, tested, and monitored in a manner consistent with reasonable compounding, quality control, and efficacy standards. There is no evidence provided to patients that this formulation undergoes independent batch testing, potency verification, or stability testing, nor is there transparency about how pharmacies are selected or evaluated.
Patients should be aware that pharmacy changes may occur without consent, and there appears to be no accountability when a formulation is ineffective. Given the cost and medical implications, this raises serious concerns about regulatory oversight, patient protection, and ethical prescribing practices.
Awful expencience trying to order!!
I had to complete all the questions 3 times and the guy that called me from the chat was asking me to do it again another time because there was an error, the shipping page was not appearing.
I've wasted 40 min of my precious time completing questions for 3 times...not anymore. Please do it easier for your users. I used it in april, was easy, but had a problem with the delivery, not anymore.

I have talked to people who have gotten their GLP-1 elsewhere, and Seven Cells is the best. They consider the possible side effects by
