I am not impressed with the quality of…
I am not impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. The fabric was horizontally stripped and unfortunately the lines of the blind are not aligned in couple of places. The top of the blind is not straight-it does not look professionally made. It also does not fold well in one place because something is wrong with the lining. I will not use this company again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - our first order was cancelled because the fabric had been discontinued and we were refunded immediately. Our following order came on time and we fully informed of delivery date etc. The curtains were nicely packaged and we are very pleased with the quality

The blinds are up and look fab
The blinds are up and look fab. Your service was excellent...phone conversations etc. You were let down slightly by the delivery as the box the blinds were in had a huge hole in it. Fortunately the blinds were wrapped in polythene inside so weren't damaged on a rainy day!

An excellent friendly service provided for a pair of extra long curtains (3.16m) . Was able to delay delivery due to the room being decorated. Curtains were in pristine condition and definitely enhance the room.

Careful and thoughtful service
We sadly couldn't get any blinds from here, but the amount of care they took to help us with out complicated situation was amazing. Every care was taken to make sure we made the right decision. Incredible service.
