We are Sewing Machine World, based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, offering many services from our Bricks and Mortar shop. We are dealers and approved warranty agents for all major sewing machine brands; Bernina, Brother, Janome, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Juki and Babylock and also sell refurbished used machines. As well as carrying out servicing and repairs in our workshop, we are the only official warranty agent for Babylock in the UK. We sell online at www.sewingmachineworld.co.uk and offer Free Delivery on all machines, with our unique return to base warranty terms. Our friendly team have the knowledge to help you find the perfect machine, or with trouble shooting should problems occur. We also offer one to one tuition on all new machines purchased in store. We have engineers on site and experienced product specialists on hand to guide you from the first enquiry, through to a hassle free after service.

Great place with mega knowledge from staff ……but slow postal delivery
Great to deal with and prompt acknowledgement of my order. Sadly very slow delivery. I thought maybe 2-4 days. Their machines come next day ( yes I had mine from there) but the sewing machine part was over a week b4 delivered and having chased it up on the 7 th day it came the following day ! I could have got one much sooner from elsewhere ( and a bit cheaper ) , but tried to be a faithful customer. Disappointing, hence4*

I had an issue with a new sewing machine , the owner called me in person , I got an immediate refund and it was all incredibly professional and really kind. Perfect customer service, I’ll go back after Xmas to buy a different machine

As this is a company local to me I…
As this is a company local to me I chose to purchase from them. Ordering was a easy process confirmation emails were swift. What I ordered was an activation code card for a Brother Scan n Cut now I don't know if this is an item that was kept in stock or if they had to have it sent to them before they could send it out to me. If it was the former then a week for it to arrive by a normal 1st class postage seems a little long if the latter then understandable. I would use this company again if they had what I required.

Order was quickly delivered
