Honestly? I'm furious, and I want to warn as many people as possible so nobody else falls for this.

I paid €18.03 for a one-month membership. Money left my account instantly no problem on that side, of course. I got my login by email and thought "great, let's go."

Except I never got in. Not once. Every single time, the members page throws a "401 Unauthorized" error and this login box that just keeps popping up forever. I'm not clueless with computers I tried three different browsers, incognito mode, typed the password by hand character by character, cleared cookies, whitelisted the site… nothing. The account was never actually activated on their end. They took my money and gave me a door that doesn't open.

So I contacted Epoch billing. And this is the part that made my blood boil: the agent told me they can't refund because "the payment was authenticated." Are you serious? Yes, the payment worked that was never the question. The question is that I got NOTHING for it. A working payment doesn't mean a working service. They knew exactly what they were doing dodging that.

Then they fobbed me off to another email (their support email...). I wrote a calm, detailed refund request. Mutiple weeks later silence. Nothing. Ghosted.

Let that sink in: they happily take your card in two seconds, but the moment you don't get what you paid for, suddenly nobody's home.

And check your bank statement carefully apparently there's a pre-ticked box at checkout that quietly signs you up for a SECOND subscription ("Dreamsexworld") at a higher price. So you might be bleeding money on TWO things you never agreed to.

I've now filed an official report with consumer protection authorities AND a chargeback with my bank. I'm not letting this go over principle.

If you're reading this before paying: don't. Whatever you're hoping to get, you might just get an error page and a support team that vanishes. I wish someone had written this before I paid.

They charged you a year even if you would like just a one month try. They say that the canceled the subscription (Yes. No access) but they did not refunded the 170.71$....that is a SCAM. Don't go there. They are thiefs.

this is a scam, you could basically watch some porn videos on your phone and you would be more satisfied with that then with whatever dafuq this is. sorry for the bad english.
