It was my first time ordering from this company, I had a bunch of questions, Summer was very kind and patient as I kept coming back with additional questions. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my experience with the clothes is as positive as my experience placing this order tonight.

Got my outfit yesterday and it was in the mailbox and I am thinking this will be the test. Took it out of the bag no wrinkles. Put it on and didn’t want to take it off.! I purchased for upcoming vacation basically to
Wear in the plane but I know you can dress this up it down and go to drinks to dinner because it is so classy. J will buy another set.

I haven’t tried their products yet but Sommer in customer service was very helpful. Very quick to respond and answered all my questions in detail. So far, I’m impressed by the company. I’ll update once I receive my items. :)

Sommer was very responsive each time I reached out. I was in a panic that my set would not come in time. It had never shipped but she had another one shipped asap. I even had time to exchange it for a smaller size. I only wish she had the authority to allow me to order a second one at half price when I exchanged.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Ordered travel set last year that was lopsided, pockets so low you couldn't reach them and more I can’t remember. They wouldn’t give refund so kept trying to use credit but every time I saw something that might work they of course were sold out. Finally settled on slacks and two tops. Pant zipper broken first thing. Both tops arm holes are too large and one side bigger than the other. Now I know why they don’t do refunds. I don’t think I believe any of their good reviews.

They have a clearly stated and good return policy for a small business. It allows for 72-hr try-ons but does not cover return shipping, which I think is more than fair.

When I submitted my chat to get help on returning some items, I was on hold for over 25 minutes, but then once they answered, the return was quick and easy. Very helpful, polite and easy to understand; I got store credit and a return label by email.

I needed to make an adjustment to my order a few hours after it was placed. I emailed customer service and got a response from Debbie within an hour! She was able to make the adjustment to my order for me, hassle free!

The woman helping me told me how to be put on a mailing list when my size and color was restocked. When I wasn't able to find the icon she was directing me to, she offered to put me on the email list herself. That was helpful.

I had a bit of a stressful experience initially when my package was marked delivered but couldn’t be located. Thankfully, the SexyModest team handled the situation very professionally and stayed supportive throughout the process until it was resolved.

Once the package arrived, everything looked beautiful. The dresses are high quality and exactly as described. I did have to return one item due to sizing, and Debbie provided excellent customer service, making the return process smooth and easy.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the support I received. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Needed to exchange one of the sets which was shorter than the other one and Debbie addressed my issue and hopefully I will get the replacement set before my trip! Customer service was great…..but it was just a little difficult maneuvering on the site to get to the Chat…or it could be user problem….all in all it was a great experience!

They provided me with info that I needed and work quick to respond.

Debbie provided precise answers to all of my questions.
