We take privacy and delivery accuracy very seriously. All of our parcels are shipped in completely discreet packaging — only your name and delivery address appear on the label, with no reference to the contents or our brand.

We understand your concern regarding the delivery, and we have already processed a full refund for your order as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we are investigating the matter with our delivery partner, Royal Mail, to understand why your parcel may have been delivered to the wrong location.
