I’ve used my belt pouch daily for over a year in tough conditions (rain and dust), and the build quality is incredible. When a zipper malfunctioned recently, WaterField’s customer service was wonderful. They didn't just fix it; they upgraded it with a superior waterproof zipper. If you want gear that is actually made to last and a company that stands behind their work, look no further.

I just got back my favourite backpack in the post after a repair at WaterField! It was the best costumer service I have ever tried! Fast and pleasant responses and quick and excellent repair. It looks better than new, they even re-coated it on top of repairing it.

Love my bag from ~2023 and customer service is great. American Airlines damaged my duffle and waterfield repaired it for free. Came back in great shape after just a few weeks

Two stars because I still love my bag. Very sad to see the quality going down and price going up.
I can speak by owning two muzetto bags. One from 2014 and this one from 2024. while they have improved the design, stiches have been reduced by at least 60%, making the bag less durable in the long run. Also, they cheapen in the way they put the bag together; easier, less time to make, less durable construction.
Where there was a beautifully crafted product, now it is just one more of the bunch, nothing special. I will never buy again at those prices.

Pouches are not fitting well my Analogue Pocket neither my Playdate

It is too big for sure
I bought one and I am looking for a better solution actually.

Just as the playdate one I bought, there is some loosed space inside they could avoid by fitting the cut better.
But it’s still too small to really put games and cables inside. Tbh the front zipped pouch is too fitted to be useful.

To me it’s actually too big to just fit the pocket, but too small to fit a charger or games and cables, or for the pocket camera.

Just as for my playdate case from them..

The quality is very good btw ! it’s a real good point. But it’s way too expensive for a not fitting well for my daily use (I have to mention I am moving often between Europe and Asia, and I have to consider every grams and cm I carry on with me. So yes, in this case, size matters ㅋㅋ)

I did email them to ask for a small help to purchase another model from them to try, but they answered with kind of a joke, I think the worst point with them is the wild customer service.

Third time I've purchased from these guys and the quality is second to none - as always. I'm in the UK so have to pay extra for postage etc but it's definitely worth it, items always arrive super quick too. I'm sure I'll be buying something else from these guys again soon :)

We never actually got the bag.

They were rude about it after the fact.
