Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

The audacity of this woman!
She's not telling me that I should contact Royal Mail for delivery and she would reship the items if I don't receive them by 3rd January and when I said I want refund, she says she can refund 30% for inconvenience and only the full amount after I receive it, I would have to pay shipping to return it and then they can refund after inspection.

I ordered from HiShape Chick UK at the end of November, paying nearly £23, and was supposed to receive my order two weeks ago. According to tracking, the package reached a certain point on December 16, and there have been no updates since.

I contacted their customer service repeatedly, only to receive the same unhelpful, copy-pasted response each time from an agent named Emma. Despite Royal Mail advising me to contact the sender for a refund, Emma outright refused, claiming that unless it’s confirmed as lost, they won’t issue a refund. She hasn’t even attempted to contact Royal Mail or take any steps to resolve the situation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am left without my order or any resolution, and the company seems unwilling to take responsibility. I would not recommend HiShape Chick UK to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy...made in china...poor/flimsy quality.

I got drawn in by their deal on bras, there is no support and they are of poor quality.

These bras are NOT true to size they are tiny and no way are they for the fuller breast woman !! No return information comes in the package so they won't know who it's came from to refund, so it's basically a complete con !! I ended up managing to sell the bra I was sent. Complete rip off !!! Recommended by TikTok - shame on the models who advertise these bras !!

I ordered three bras, all of them in the size that correlates to their chart. None of them fitted and came up as three sizes smaller. Tried to contact the company for a return to be told they don’t have an order under my email address and then failed to respond any further. Sizes don’t match and you can’t return the products if they are wrong.

It’s a scam and these people are fraud,
No support will be provided.

What absolutely terrible quality these bras are. I would advise everyone to not bother. I ordered the XL as per the size on the websites size chart. They are tiny and made with the flimsiest material. How they are supposed to support a larger size is beyond me. Absolutely cheap rubbish don’t waste your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I sent for bras which when arrived were totally unsuitable. The back is a thin material with no support. Totally unsuitable for the larger sizes it is selling and also very small cup sizes. Returns are extremely expensive - returns to China which have no tracking so it’s difficult to get a refund. A total waste of money- almost a scam as the total product isn’t shown and the return costs discourage this.,

Please DONT BUY IT! This is a con. The bras are not fit for purpose and the material is not supportive at all. It’s very flimsy. And when you try to return it, it’s a whole massive mess and problematic. You have to send it back to China with your own money and therefore making you spend same amount in returning it. It’s a con don’t buy it!!!

Bought the bras that looked supportive on the video. No support nothing like their advert. Pretty enough but too big in the back and not big enough in the cup to provide the apparent uplift promised. Trying to return is a con. Photos required and if it’s a size issue only a store credit not refund so not compliant with uk consumer law as its is not as described or fit for purpose. Chalk it up to experience and don’t buy late at night when tired anymore. I forgot to check reviews.

I bought a black ladies body. I bought it larger as the site said it came up small and it was tiny. I also bought from here as it said based in England, what a con came from china. The reviews are rubbish. I want to return for a refund and I have to pay tracked so what a waste as that will cost £10 so not worth it. Don’t buy CON

I am a larger lady admittedly but measuring and using their size chart I converted it to my size to what they said. They also said when I ordered that size that they had automatically upsized it as they were on the small size but they were still far too small. The support is non existent as the material is very thin and flimsy. Very pretty looking and just like the photo. Just not the same sturdy quality look as the photo. Very dissapointed.

When I placed my order, I tried to cancel within the hour. But it took them 96 hours to email me back to which I was then told it had already been processed. They refused to cancel my order and refund me my money. Instead offering me a gesture of goodwill of £6.
To return my package when it arrives I have to pay the fees which are more than the products themselves (over £20)
When my packaged arrived it was smaller than the size ordered and it was also plucked, so the quality of the bras are not very good. The whole website is a sham and I do NOT recommend anybody buying through these!

Very poor quality, to return you have to pay the cost to China even though there is a UK return address on your packaging. Total scam do NOT waste your money

Poor quality product straps offer no support.
Returns must be sent back to China, recorded delivery at your cost!
And it took 4 emails of them asking for photos and videos etc to even give me a return address

I ordered the Deep V Bodysuit. Came very small. When looking more.in depth on theory returns policy it says customer must pay shipping costs and also they don't give refund for item not fitting or you changing your mind. Only replacement item or store credit. Wish I read the small print before ordering from them. I'm done with these websites now. Back to reputable companies which have a UK base and can return/refund easily

Very poor quality. No elasticated support. Made cheap, not as advertised on their video. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered but lesson learnt. Too many companies from China seem to be doing this to people. Twice it’s happened to me recently, before that never. The ads look so genuine! Will only order from companies I now know are in the uk

SCAM company. Never received order, took my money and ordered back in August!!!!!!!!!! AVOID. Have reported to trading standards

I ordered this bra on the buy one get 2 free took ages to arrive finally came was so dissapointed ordered my size which is a 36f the bras were nowhere near that looked more like C cups lovely bras but just totally wrongvsize emailed loads of times no response to try and return for refund and nothing went on to the so called site and it'd vanished so I've paid £23 for nothing wish I'd never ordered them total scam don't bother "shapechic" are not real apparently well and truely duped 🤬

I made my order to the value of £22.99 I then see my address is wrong so imediately email them to change this but had no reply again I emailed them no reply.they only have a contact number for China and this is even hard to find, I have contacted my bank who say raise a dispute and wait 15 days then you will get your money back. Hope this helps
