I did look up the product online that I received. Chroma tale is a product that you can use for odor control, but it’s still not what I ordered. I got a refund from my bank in full. Shaped paws is nothing but a scam. You can buy the same product from Walmart and Amazon. KOE. KOE is a kennel odor eliminator. Walmart and Amazon have it for the same price and at least you know what you’re getting. Shaped paws will never send you the correct item, they will send you smaller containers than what you ordered, and will not refund your money. Thank goodness I have a good Bank.

This website is a scam. Took a month to send out the single product I ordered back in November (when they had a better trustpilot score) only to start taking money monthly for a membership that I certainly didn't sign up to and clearly doesn't exist on their website.

The exact same experience as others.
My bank has return one payment thus far, not working with them to block any future payments.

I tried to cancel my subscription but they kept still charging me. I asked for refunds. I never got them. It took weeks for them to cancel. Still kept taking money out of my account. Still not received a refund. Their customer service is absolutely useless.

This is a typical scam company from China. They have used social media content from a different legit company to promote their product, which in my opinion is water with a scent added. The size you order should be 16 oz but they send 3.5 oz. It’s a joke! I’m sure they get some laughs after each order. The sad thing is that I researched the company they are copying (KOE Kennel Odour Eliminator) and found nothing amiss so I ordered only to be presented with the toy size version of a fake product. To make it worse, when I received it I contacted them and told them to cancel any further orders. They did not do this, and another order of the same junk was sent to me. Well guess what guys? My credit card company will be reversing both charges. So you’ve spent money on junk product and had it shipped from China at your own expense. I guess the joke is on you. That’s the chance you take when you decided to live the life of a scammer. Have the day you deserve.

Please don't ever support this company. I made a legit order for a product, apparently I ordered a subscription because after the second one arrived I went back to the website to cancel, but it says the only way to cancel is by email. So I emailed twice and have been ignored. I also put in a contact form on the website and have also been ignored. So now I have to change my debit card all because they refuse to cancel people's orders. They don't have a phone number! The third shipment that I don't want is in transit.

Same problem as everyone else. Received smaller bottle than ordered and can’t get a response from anyone. Going to see if my bank can assist me. Already cancelled and replaced my card because I suddenly started getting charges from other companies.

Same thing has happened to me at being recharged twice telling me I had a subscription I’ve tried cancel numerous times via email. All I do is keep taking money out of my bank account and sending me sub standard product

I ordered what I thought was. Bigger bottle it arrived and I accepted my mistake they then signed me up for a subscription. They have taken three payments now and I have cancelled 12 times online and unsubscribed. I have listed it as fraudulent activity with my bank. I still receive emails and they still try to take my money every month. I’m at a loss in regards to what to do next. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

NEVER order from this company. They are a complete scam. I ordered two 16 oz. bottles of the KOE (kennel order eliminator). I received (finally) two 3.5 oz. bottles of something called Chroma Tales odor eliminator. I payed just under $60 for two tiny bottles of crap that's probably nothing more than water. The phone number they provided isn't even in order and my package came addressed not from a company, but from an individual named Abby Adkins, 3548 Duncanville Road, Dallas, TX 75236. I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS, ITS THE FRITO LAY PLANT. There's a thief on every corner.

Very difficult to see that your signing up to a repeat prescription DON'T do it

Scammers from China. Send incorrect product (I won’t use the crap they’ve sent as I have no idea if it’s pet safe or not) and quantity is way less than advertised. They Sign you up for a subscription and don’t cancel it when requested with proper notice, and continue shipping despite repeated requests not to. Now going through my bank for a chargeback and to ensure they cannot use my card for future purchases.

Sent 100 mls of kennel cleaner instead of 474 mls . Sent them about 15 emails. Just get automated response. Customer sopprt is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Total scam . On website ststes 1000s of happy customers but very unlikely as they are scammers

The WORST company to support. They take your money, send you a product you didn't buy, then ghost when you ask for a refund. SHUT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY DOWN.

Poor communication, paid $43 AUD for 100ml of product!

This is a shitty product. The cimpsny keeps charging my credit card i never authorized any subsctiption.. . I am going to disput charge and get new card when bank is open. Criminals

My experience is much the same as everyone else's. Made a one time purchase for $39.99, received a tiny one yse bottle, and then was charged the next month for a "subscription" I never signed up for. Disputing charges with my bank now and have gotten future payments blocked.

Echo everyone else. Complete false advertising and now they've gone and charged my card again all the while completely ignoring my emails.
Bought a big bottle was delivered a tiny bottle of water. "Product" did absolutely nothing.

So I order a full size bottle of the pet stain carpet cleaner from shaped paws and I end up getting a 3.5 oz bottle of a different brand product sent from a private individual not from the warehouse. Obviously I was really dissatisfied and I emailed a complaint I disputed the charge and then I went to send the product back to the sender. It cost me $17 to send back which basically is out of pocket for me and then I just found out today that that item was refused I hope they don't try to fight the dispute from my charge for my bank. These people are so unscrupulous it's awful do not buy anything from them

Do not use at any cost , a complete rip off and lost over £130 on solution I could get for a few pound once you buy can not cancel 🤬
