All a lie! Just cheap china quality products being sold at a high price. Customer service is appalling and refund is a nightmare! It is not an easy return. Shipping costs a lot which you have to pay for so it becomes pointless sending items back for a refund! Avoid

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! Every comment you’ll read on this page is 100% accurate! So I will not repeat all the RIDICULOUSNESS of back and forth email hassle with NO RESOLUTION AT ALL! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY & YOU WILL NOT GET TOUR MONEY BACK!! IT’S TERRIBLE

I ordered ordered and received the 2 body suits.
On the website it offers “free no hassle returns”
But…. That is not the case !!!! to do you a favor they offer you a 20% credit to save you money on the shipping. I asked several times where it was being shipped to and they never would answer the question. Their website has a bunch of USA flags on it so I’m assuming it was going to somewhere in the USA. I kept asking and they change the refund to 30% and I asked again where it was being shipped to and they wouldn’t answer me. I finally got them to give me 50% back and still didn’t tell me where it would be shipped to I doubt anywhere in the United States would charge me $17 to be mailed to! but once they get the item back, they have the right to tell you how much of a credit you will receive.
I don’t even know if I got the credit back yet, but there’s something definitely shady about this company ! Buyer beware !!!!

I ordered 2 bodysuits, and neither of them made my waist look “snatched”. They actually did a worse job than my regular bodysuits. The material they use would not help shape someone’s waist. I contacted customer service for a refund since they supposedly have a “30 Day Hassle-Free” Return Policy. I was told that it would cost a lot more to return the items so they could send me another bodysuit for the price of shipping. I said “No, I just want to return them and get my money back”. Then they immediately said “Oh well I talked to my manager and I can give you 20% refund and you can keep the items.” This is very much a hassle if I’m telling you that I want to return them, but you’re not letting me return them. I never received that 20% refund btw and it’s been weeks. This company is a complete scam. I hope they get shutdown soon. I will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC.

Bought two of these in a size larger than normal

I never received any contact from them no tracking details

When it arrived I couldn’t even get my leg in it as it was tiny x my daughter is a size 8 and she couldn’t get it on although it was size 18-20

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from shapeher it’s absolute rubbish and a waste of money

I would give NO stars if i could. I ordered two bodysuits on 4/29. Its 5/20 and i never received them. The customer service representative Steph must be a robot or something, is only capable of the same reply over and over. She gave me some fake traking number that gives such generic updates “item arrived at origin” etc. ive been going back and forth with customer service on email and all they say is please rest assured your item will arrive soon. Ive asked for a refund, no luck. Its ok, ive disputed the item with my bank as FRAUD. This company is a scam, no matter what ads or videos you see do NOT buy from them they are scammers no product was sent.

Update: Steph the CS person just offered me 20%, $7, back of $34.99, to save me the hassle and cost of shipping items back. It said that $7 would be a little more than what i would pay to ship. Biggest hassle ever.

I bought 2 Shapeher body suits and neither where as expected. I bought a large and medium. The strap broke on one right out of the bag! I contacted customer service and was told that I was basically SOL. I have to pay for the return or they can send me another one and I pay the shipping. Beware it's not risk free!!!! The fit are more for short torsos and small breasts.

Do not purchase on this site. I ordered and didn’t even receive shipping or tracking information. They gave me a FAKE tracking number which didn’t update for days and clearly looked fake. The customer service was awful. I spoke to a representative called Steph and they basically dismissed my concerns after I enquired about an estimated arrival date. If you have been scammed by this site, please get a refund from your bank or PayPal! I luckily was able to get a refund through PayPal and got my money back.
Please avoid the hassle and save your money.

HORRIBLE customer service, you can’t call or message them other than email. They take forever to respond back and when they do it’s far too late because your order has been shipped. Steph, the customer service representative was awful. I had asked about sizing and what she recommended me to do if to size up or down because I saw a lot of mixed reviews and if she had a size chart, she replied with “I would like to suggest you place an order according to your size”..afterwards I had asked that instead of the nude color I could switch to the brown because the nude would be too close to my skin tone to wear out, she waited until my order has been shipped to reply back stating the obvious. I won’t be wasting my money on a company that clearly only cares about making money, rather than their customers and customer service. I’m really unhappy with how this is all being handled.

Please please don't bother!!! yes seen on snap chat ad and thought I'd give it go..waited for 2 weeks and was very disappointed..I came straight on here to make sure i do review...which i really don't do because most of the time I can't be bothered ..apart from today that changed. Will have a look at other sites this is on ...because I really have got time today

So the item came in after 16 days but does absolutely nothing for you. Waste of money.
