Tried the SharePal to test some riding gear; Happy to see the selection of services they offer. Especially when someone is in doubt to buy or rent. Overall a great experience. Right from booking, receiving to returning. The only rough edge but not at all problem is the lack of mobile app and a not so solid website. Neither should stop you from choosing SharePal or have trouble with orders.
Love them and happy to continue with their service.

Most pathetic experience with SHAREPAL, don’t trust SHAREPAL, all your plans will get ruin, because on your rental period they’ll rent your product to someone else and at last they will say it the product is under issue, ruthless and careless customer service, if you call them or text them in chat they hardly respond one time a day, this is not the first time I’m facing this is fourth time happening to me don’t trust SHAREPAL and don’t waste your time on your weekends or any leisure time by trusting that SHAREPAL will deliver the console

False commitment with delivery date even with advanced booking. Keep postponing delivery in last minute update. Not one time. Repeatedly happening.

Positive side:
1. Delivered on time.
2. Good product
3. Easy access
4. No extra and hidden charges.
5. Hygeine and neat riding gears which I received.

Negative side:
1. Bad customer service. No timely response.

Great support from the sharepal team, even on late night, they made sure the item is delivered.

All the gears worked very well. It helped us a lot..the rain jacket and rain pant also protected us during rain. But I would like to suggest the rain jacket should have some pocket. Overall I had a very good experience with the riding gears rented from sharepal
