ShareWell sessions are the best! There's a range of types, from a sessions to get our tasks done together, to talking, sharing your story, or just having a group of people to meet with regularly. You feel wonderful after it, that's why I attend weekly, as many sessions as I can)!

Judgement free, respectful, safe space to share and hear life experiences from peers that allow each to learn, reflect, share, grow, heal with peer support. Host peers guide sessions to keep things moving.

ShareWell is a great forum for connecting with people who have similar lived experiences to mine. Throughout my membership, I have had nothing but positive interactions with hosts, session attendees, and members of the Community team. I am consistently impressed by and grateful for the ShareWell community. It's really touching that so many people are coming together to support and hold space for one another with such open minds and hearts. In a world that so often bombards me with chaos and negativity, I am buoyed by the wisdom, generosity, respect, and vulnerability I've witnessed through ShareWell.

Sharewell is great. I feel respected and valued in their community. I've made valuable connections with people who validate my struggles. so grateful for this platform!

Sharewell is an essential peer support community for improving and maintaining my mental health. I cannot recommend the platform enough to anyone who could use extra emotional support, compassion, and understanding of life's struggles and losses. The Sharewell community strives to maintain safe spaces in each group regardless of whether the topic is grief, loneliness, depression, anxiety, emotional abuse, or other major life changes/transitions/challenges that can be difficult to cope with without peer support. I’m an active participant in NAMI peer support as well and appreciate having another space where I can learn from other’s experiences and share my journey of success and failure.

These sessions have been great and they have helped me so much. I'm so glad this platform exists!

I love ShareWell! I joined ShareWell seeking peer support and I have found that and so much more. I have found a great community of people who uplift one another. They are always there for you and really want to see you thrive and heal. You can tell that there was a lot of thought and care put into this company and everyday that I use ShareWell, I leave feeling better than when I logged on.

The communities that ShareWell builds are safe and supportive. I have found people who understand my experiences and this has helped me feel less alone in my healing journey. I would recommend to anyone looking to find support and feel heard.
