Clothing is expensive and styles sell out in my size really fast it seems or I’d order more often. Also takes a really long time to arrive. I’ve done express but it didn’t make any difference and just got ripped off.

They offered and are continuing to offer me amazing service! I was really surprised tbh, wasn't expecting for them to go above and beyond like this! I ordered the shorts with the leg suspenders and they fit perfectly as a S, but the "punk low waist" shorts with the corset detailing were too tight, they let me keep the pair to gift to a friend, and are sending me a medium! Just so pleased and needed to leave a review. Thanks again for being so patient with me
I got this awesome black-green knit sweater from Shasilo, and my boyfriend’s been eyeing it too! It’s become a staple in our wardrobe. Had to swap sizes once, but their customer service team handled it smoothly. They're super friendly! Love the edgy and chic vibe—it's totally our style.
The mystery print bodysuit I've ordered from Shasilo fits me perfectly! Their snow chiffon fabric feels amazing, and their delivery is always super fast. I've been a repeat, placing a total of two orders, and I've been consistently satisfied with both.
The jean from Shasilo's Punk Rave line is sturdy yet surprisingly comfy and breathable. Love the design. I've gotten lots of compliments while wearing them. The price feels fair for what you get in terms of quality and style. Now, I'd be interested in seeing a premium collection from Shasilo with even higher-quality materials. I'd be willing to invest in something a bit more luxurious from them.
Absolutely loving the comfort and style of Shasilo's vests and dresses! The mesh fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the designs fit me like they were made for me. My experience with their vests and dresses has been nothing short of amazing. Every piece I've purchased has been so comfortable to wear, with just the right fit that isn't too snug.
The website has great design and information, but the products seem to be taking a long time to ship with few updates.

Last month, I picked up three printed vests from Shasilo and they've quickly become my daily go-to. They've drawn plenty of compliments and everyone wants to know where I found them.
I've invested quite a bit in Shasilo's website and I can honestly say it's been worth every penny. The zippered dress is exceptionally well-made and absolutely stunning.
I ordered one top from Shasilo which I paid for. It arrived, then a few days later a duplicate top also arrived. They then sent me an invoice attempting to charge me for the second top!
I replied and said I would not be paying for a second top I did not order. They then replied and claimed they did not intend to charge me, but merely sent the invoice to "get my attention".
I replied saying that sending me a false invoice was unlawful. They then replied again, trying to force me to go through a convoluted process to return the item to them, which involved sending them my bank details so they could "forward me the money for postage". I refused- they then asked for my PayPal details! Definite scam. Awful people.
Update on 6th May 2024: Shasilo have now offered me the second top for free as a gift, which I have accepted.

It was an error on our part where a secondary invoice was automatically generated due to an additional package being dispatched by mistake. This should have been canceled, and we regret the oversight.
Regarding the return process, we understand your concerns about its complexity. We are actively working to simplify returns and provide prepaid labels in more regions, including the UK. Currently, we offer to reimburse postage costs upfront via PayPal to facilitate returns where prepaid options are not available.
As for the request for your bank details, it was only suggested after understanding that PayPal was not a preferred method for you. We assure you that our intentions were solely to ensure you could receive the postage refund efficiently and securely.

I was totally taken aback by my Shasilo haul—in a good way! The Goth Velvet Dress was true to size, and to my utter surprise, the large size fit me perfectly, It’s not just gorgeous, but super comfy too. As for the whole buying process was smooth, and their communication was on point. Definitely shopping here again.
