Not sure why no one really knows about this company but Shea Terra organic is amazing. I made few purchases and their products are always so relaxing and feel so natural on my skin.
Wish they sold them everywhere because you have to wait to get it shipped from the website which takes some time but not too long thankfully but when it comes it’s worth it

I will no longer be ordering from this company. I made a purchase two months ago and never received any of my items. I reached out multiple times by phone and email, but I only encountered answering machines and received no responses to my emails. Their customer service is non-existent, and I feel like I've been ghosted. It's unacceptable to take people's money without delivering their items or offering any assistance. To make matters worse, I continue to receive solicitation emails claiming that I am their favorite customer. I have permanently lost trust in this company.

I read the other reviews after i'd placed my order...I wasn't sure if i was gonna be satisfied. I reach out to CS about my concerns of being scammed and they replied within hours. After about 7 days, my shipping label was created. I received everything I ordered plus more. That was a nice surprise, but the greatest surprise is how well the products made my 59 year old skin soft and supple. I plan to try as many products as my budget will allow. Thank you Shea Terra for being trustworthy. I would and will recommend. Just in case your wondering: im not paid to say this and i am a real customer.

I have been shopping on their website for years. They have totally gone downhill. My last order was damaged in transit and the remaining package was sent back to Shea Terra. I never received any of it. I reached out by phone and email numerous times and only got answering machines and no response to my emails. Had to get my credit card company involved to go after a chargeback. Unacceptable to take people's money and not send them their items - or even offer any assistance. They lost a really good customer!

Really terrible customer service. I had an issue with an order that was a mistake on their end. I have reached out multiple times, through multiple avenues for more than a week. I got one response finally, but when I wrote them back, they went dark again. Will not order their products any longer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I contacted the company through several avenues immediately after I placed an order telling them to not send and to cancel the order. I didn’t get a response until a week later and they had already sent the order. The customer service rep has been incredibly rude and won’t even provide a return label and claims I have to pay a 15% restocking fee due to their technology being “down” for that week and not receiving my messages. The customer service rep claims to be a manager when I asked to speak to the manager but no manager would treat their customers like this. This is insanely unprofessional and the product also is in plastic which means the caustic BSO leaches plastic into the product.

Awful customer service. Shea Terra has some good products, but occasionally will send out poor quality items. I contacted their customer service line multiple times spanning three weeks. I spoke with their representatives six times to request a replacement and have still received nothing. After being a customer for years, I can no longer recommend this company.

I purchased some stuff from this company well before Christmas. They sent me the tracking information which was through USPS but every time I looked on the Postal Service website it said the label have been created but it had not been shipped. I tried to contact this company on at least five occasions. Once by email, once by chat which there was really no one to chat with and they said that if I left they'd email me which they never did, once I submitted their online form, and twice I tried to call their 800 number. When I called there 800 number I a generic voicemail and the mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. I called that number twice during normal business hours. This is not the way to run a company! I never got a response to any of my other inquiries. It is now just a couple of days before Christmas, I bought these as presents, and I have no idea whether the package is going to show up or not. Their customer service is non-existent!

There was an issue with fulfillment to start with but when I called customer service, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. My original order just arrived and I am over the moon. To make up for the wait, there are samples and full sized products to try. I am more than happy.
