Good quality products & Good communication.
Good communication, which is the key to happier customers. Buying online is always a risk and especially when the seller is not quick to respond to issues raised. Gary who represents this business, is both helpful and quick to respond. I have received my order now, the quality is good and delivery was quick, so highly recommended.

Good comms, packaging left wanting
Time to receive and communication is good and proactive. Arrival of product a little disappointing as corners bent and damaged, can be dressed out and for my usage not the end of the world. However for someone wanting make say a door plate this would have been unacceptable

Thank you for your review. Damage like this does not normally happen as we pack our products to a very high standard. Our policy is to replace items if they are ever damaged in transit. I have reported this damage to our courier. Many Thanks, Gary

I ordered a small sheet of metal with measurements and the colour I needed to make a custom back panel for a 3D printer. It arrived and I couldn't be happier with it. The measurements were exact and purely by coincidence tge colour was near enough identical to the original which I was very pleased with. The delivery time and cost were both fantastic.

Personal attention, above and beyond expectations
I want to thank you so much for your extremely prompt service, sending me a small piece of steel for my son's school project. It arrived yesterday as you promised, despite me having an unreasonably short delivery request. That kind of service is not seen very often and I'm more than obliged to you. My son was able to finish his project, making a motorbike stand for his Design and Technology GCSE, and he was able to hand it in today, on the last day he was allowed.
You will be my 'go to' whenever I need metal, but I promise to give you more notice next time!
