I love getting into bed at night

Full disclosure, I was CMO for Sheex in 2018-2019. I had never heard of the brand before working there, but fell in love with the product and the people. Now, some 7 years after being there, I still sleep on Sheex and just purchased a new comforter cover a few weeks ago. I love getting into bed at night, the quality is exceptionally good, and I've been recommending them for years. I will keep buying Sheex for years to come.

Zero Customer Service - Avoid this company

I ordered Original Performance Sheex which have the seams so you can tell how to lay the fitted and flat sheets. The last order were without the seams? Not sure why but I have emailed customer service three times and no reply. They don't respond..I tried calling the number but they state they are an email based company and the number is not monitored. This will be the last time I order these sheets.

I placed an order totaling $150 and the site said I earned free shipping. When I went to pay the total was $336! They tried to add a shipping cost of over $200!!! Thank goodness I caught that before clicking on “pay”. What a scam.

Deleted customer rewards program. Shady company. Taking rewards away from customers who earned them.

Horrible customer service.
The sleep rewards program was discontinued with very little warning. I had several dollars worth of rewards that were basically just deleted. They announced that the rewards program would be discontinued on September 7. October 1st all rewards were deleted from customers accounts. Very bad practice and a terrible thing to do to loyal customers. I lost a lot of rewards. I will never shop here again and I will tell anyone who's thinking about ordering from them, NOT to. Shady company and terrible customer service.

Cannot Be Trusted

Unfortunately, Sheex is no longer to be trusted. The first issue is order processing, billing/charging, and shipping. My order was "unfortunately lost in our system" (their own words, not mine) for over three (3) weeks. Upon recognizing this, they asked if I'd like to be refunded, or have the order processed. Typically, I don't order things I don't want, so I asked to have the order processed. It also made sense to process the order since my credit card had already been charged. Most reputable companies will typically wait until a shipping label has been generated at least, but not these thieves. Charge hit my card the day I ordered. Given the handling and processing times, my initial "5-12 day" receipt window will surely expand to 5-12 weeks.

Additionally, their "retail partnerships" allowing some products to be sold in brick and mortar stores appear to be a complete and utter fabrication. Contacting individual chain locations, and then working up the ladder, just leads to increasingly mystified responses as to why it was believed Sheex were carried by the retailer. Then, on the off chance you find an actual store that carries them, there insinuation from staff members that stores are not allowed to acknowledge having Sheex products on its respective website. That doesn't seem like a sound business model to me.

As my experience seems to dovetail with those submitted previously, I cannot in good faith continue doing business with a company that wants to take the consumer's money, but not provide their product to said consumer.

shady returns practices! please do your research prior to purchasing! Plenty of negative and simply shady practices on either not shipping.

WHERE IS MY ORDER

I ordered a complete bedding set, paid in full and 12 days later still haven’t received a tracking number. I have called 3 times and left a message (apparently there are no live customer service representatives) with no call back.

Although these are my favorite cooling sheets on the planet, I would rather sleep on lava than go through this horrible experience again.

I just want an update…how hard is that to provide???

Customer service either doesn't answer or gives you the run around. The sent me the wrong item and when I asked for the correct item to be sent I either didn't get an answer or was told I would be told when it shipped for 3 days.

horrible customer service

I placed an order online back in February 2025 for $113.41 and I never received my order. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I attempted to order the item again a week ago and received a email from an employee named Kelly Harrigan. She said that she was cancelling the new order, because I’m a victim of fraud. I told her numerous of times that it’s not a fraudulent transaction. She started to be very unprofessional, sarcastic, antagonizing, and literally harassed me via email. She even sent me a email at 12:13am at night 4 days after the first day she kept emailing me. I’ve never in my life experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company and she never even mentioned the order that I never received in February. I emailed corporate twice, but I never received a response. I will never patronize this company again in my life.

Item Stolen From Me

I ordered sheets and they were delivered according to the company but I never received. Looks like someone might have stolen them see company email response.

I am sorry if someone stole it. I am not sure if its possible, but can your building maybe put a note on the window to buzz in or something stating "do not leave packages, please buzz in"?

I like the sheets

I like the sheets, especially the Arctic Aire•MAX. I like to sleep cool as I generate a lot of heat, especially in the winter. I will even have my window cracked open during the winters in New England. Original Performance sheets are ok. I prefer how the Arctic Aire has a cool and silky feel.

Advertise some coupons and none of them work none and I was going to buy around $900 and no coupon it’s insane prices are not cheap but I didn’t matter and not even $10 off its ridiculous l”ll buy from Pottery Barn best customer service.

Company not operating in good faith

Company has a great sounding promo on going to include extra pillowcases. I ordered once received sheets no extra pillow cases. Waited a month then reached out to customer service pillow cases get sent. I order again, now of course do not expect the same outcome, same issue. I am still waiting for extra pillow cases. These sheets are expensive and the company should standby their own promo. Too bad the company chooses to short customers.

BEST SHEETS EVER

I have had my SHEEX for over 3 years and they are still as perfect as the day we opened them. They are breathable and I don't wake up with night sweats anymore. I love that they stay on our adjustable mattress too. Buying for family members for the holidays! AWESOME PRODUCT!

My problem with Sheex is not the product but they way things were handled. I ordered sheets and a mattress pad. I really wanted them to work but I realized once I had them on my bed they were not for me. Per the company's website, it said free 30 day returns. I immediately boxed up the items and shipped it back according to the website directions. Over a month later, I contacted the company and they asked for my tracking number and other information. Well when I tracked it, it had been delivered several weeks before - just a few days after I had shipped it. I explained that to them and that I had followed the exact directions listed on their website. A week later, I saw that my credit card had been refunded only for the sheet and not the mattress pad, even though they were in the same box on the same order. The mattress pad was considerable more money as well. I had to contact them again, and they said oops - they would refund that too. I felt as though if I didn't follow up all those different times, I never would have been refunded my money. It seemed like a scam or at the very least, really bad customer service.
