Compré varios productos en la tienda online de Shespick, ya que parecían muy bonitos en las fotos y ofrecían unos buenos descuentos. La ropa que recibí no se corresponde con las fotografías de la página web y los materiales no son lino ni algodón, como se anunciaba en los nombres de las colecciones. La calidad es muy inferior a lo esperado.
Solicité la devolución conforme a lo que indican sus propios Términos y Condiciones, pero tardaron 5 días en responderme y el proceso que proponen es tan complicado, costoso y poco transparente que dificulta seriamente ejercer el derecho de desistimiento. Exigen que les pidas una dirección especial (no se puede usar la que aparece en el paquete), solo aceptan envíos por correo postal ordinario, y no cubren los costes de devolución, lo que podría suponer perder más dinero del que ya he gastado.
Además, intentan disuadirte ofreciendo un reembolso parcial del 15% para que no devuelvas el producto.
No recomendaría comprar en esta tienda. Si estás en la UE, valora tus derechos como consumidor y revisa si puedes reclamar mediante tu banco o la plataforma de pago. Muy mala experiencia.

Dom't even bother to try returning something. You send it back to China or get a 15% refund. Neither option was acceptable since it was sent from the US. The item was not the correct size. And it certainly wasn't as it appeared in the photo.

I wear 3 stars because I was wrong to order my clothes too little then it was really nice I didn't find it quick good work

I ordered on the 4April 2025 but have not received my parcel even now. They keep on telling about it being in transit or the delivery carrier returned it coz could not find the address. What a lie!

Do not buy from them!
The goods are completely different from the pictures and the materials are not cotton and linen but very bad quality of synthetic fabrique
I asked for a refund and they told me I should pay for shipment plus taxes

Don't buy from this site. The clothing received was nothing like the pictures on the site and the material was cheap. They make it impossible to return the items so you are stuck with high priced dust rags.

Update. Trying to reach them via email to send back items & get refund. 2x rcvd No response. ALSO. As they will change name, sell under other name. // Very disappointed in items received. I wanted cotton, natural fiber and knits as advertised. I specifically viewed the material before ordering. What came was polyester, bad quality printed and acrylic subpar tops.
They dont give return address. You have to email them to get return address. False advertising.

The cardigans with I ordered looked nothing like te ones I choose on the website. They are bad quality, really ugly, looks like then come from the 1 pound shop. For me these are dishonest practices!

I wish I could pick "no stars" as an option. I ordered three shirts and a pair of pants online from Shespick's home site. The pictures looked beautiful, and all of the items were described as being made of cotton and/or linen, with two of them described as embroidered. I received them today. None of them was embroidered, and all of them were made of cheap polyester. I have had this exact experience ordering clothing from China before and am under the impression it's simply a typical selling strategy for Chinese companies to give misinformation to online buyers.

FRAUDULENT clothing seller. The pictures of the beautiful clothing on their website or that you might see in their ads on Pinterest are NOT remotely what they'll ship you. It's described as "cotton-linen" but it's cheap polyester. The pictures show embroidery, but instead the tops have a really bad printed copy of embroidery. No one would want to wear this. Notice they don't have any reviews posted on their site. I wasn't ever able to leave a review.

This was my first experience with this site and it will be my last. I emailed them several days ago and haven
t heard from them yet. None of the tops fit and they are cheaply made. So glad I have a voice...I want to tell others to be careful before buying from them...the chinese products are never the correct size and the quality is questionable.

What I ordered was not what I got and I want my money back. What I got was garbage and there is no way that I can wear it. The tops are not even made out of the right material. I definately want my money back.I am extremely disappointed and will never buy another thing from you. I am a senior on a fixed income and I saved enough money to buy 6 tops and all I get is trash. You are a cheat and a terrible company. You should be put out of busines. I wish I could get the tops that I ordered but I am sure that would never happen with you.

Nice shirt. Came on time. It’s hard to find something that looks good and isn’t polyester.

This is my second time buying clothes in this store, and I am still satisfied as always.

I bought this shirt for my husband to wear on our trip to Hawaii so he could wear something cool and casual but formal enough to go to a fancy restaurant. He usually wears t-shirts. It fits perfectly and looks great on him.

I bought this cotton and linen skirt from this store for my trip to Belize. It is perfect! Lightweight and comfortable.

My granddaughter lives this hoodie. It is heavyweight and very pretty. Fits is on point. Very warm and comfortable. Has some stretch.
