I would also like to mirror some of the reviews about incompetence. They are so bad at communicating as well. You email them about something and days, or no reply sometimes. Its honestly horrible.

Initially extremely good service was received. However there was a little bit of confusion when it got to the document transfer part of the application. This did delay the approval and finds by one day but not a big deal.
Erik was excellent with his customer service and product knowledge.
