No Refund or No Classes

On first week of November - 2025, I attended a workshop conducted by Shiksha Nation. During the workshop they introduced a course - "AI Generalist to Specialist". The course fee of it on their website was Rs 24,999/-. However they offered the course at Rs 4,999/- to all the attendes of that workshop. I felt the educational institute was genuine and made the payment on November 8TH 2025. The proof of the payment can be produced. Since their is no feature to make any attachment, i cannot show the proof here. However, i have shown the proof as an attachment in Google Reviews.

During that time, it was Ms. Payal of Skillo who was dealing with my payment and further clarified all queries related to the course curriculm. I was impressed with the curriculum and informed Payal that i will only be available to join the Dec - 2025 batch. She agreed and i made the payment. When i inquired Payal in DEC regarding the batch, she informed me that i will get a call from Skillo(Shiksha Nation) regarding the classes.

However, I never received any calls and on 9TH February 2026 I contacted Payal (WhatsApp) & inquired about the class. She said by December end she left Skillo(Shiksha Nation) and forwarded me a concerned person's Whatsapp Number. Her name was Ms. Komal from Skillo(Shiksha Nation). I contacted her on 12TH February 2026 & she said that my issue will be sorted out very soon.

There was no progress and on 11TH April 2026 when i again contacted Ms. Komal, she said that the refund process for my payment has been initiated. So I asked her for contact details of a person from their finance department and she did not give me the details. I felt things were not going on in the right direction, anyway i though i will wait for the refund.

Again as usual there was no calls or updates from Skillo(Shiksha Nation) & I again contacted Komal on 17TH June 2026. She informed me that she doesnt currently work with Skillo(Shiksha Nation). Now i went to their website and took their contact details - [+91 98211 15117]. From yesterday I am calling them and no one is answering the call.

This institute says - “For Bharat, Of Bharat, By Bharat.”

Can anyone in Skillo(Shiksha Nation) inform me about my refund. I am waiting for my refund to join another course. It is getting delayed.

Its been 7 MONTHS since i made the payment.
