ShineOn: Print On Demand Avis 626

I didn't even get my shopify store SETUP and these clowns took $34.99 from me and when I asked about getting the store set up, they weren't aware I had an account, weren't aware i had PAID them anything and gave me some other price as being the price I should have paid ($87.00) as if i was lying about the fact I paid them $34

I went to them because i heard they were the cream of the crop for print-on-demand and personalized jewelry but I've now seen the light and will look elsewhere. The last guy I chatted with, since they don't take phone calls, said he would forward me to the higher-ups, and they've been stalling ever since. I am gonna contact the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection division (they're based in St. Petersburg, FL) and report them for stealing my money!

I have been with ShineOn for a few years now,and I love everything about them. I think they have one of the best supprt teams out there, I have always had good experience when I needed them. I also love that they have such good shipping times. Every person, too many to name, who I have come across in the ShineOn space has been just fantastic when it comes to helping others. I am using ShineOn in 2 of my current stores, they are the only supplier for my everbee store.

Good quality products for reasonable buying prices. They do everything to motivate sellers; demo kits, training videoa (recorded and live), very friendly management team...They have great tutorials on YouTube. I'm happy to be a part of ShineOn

I placed c&c order fro ShineOn Albany. I would have expected an email to collect next day (Friday) or over the weekend.
To clarify, on the same day I ordered from SO, I also placed a clothing order with Next, in the UK. That has just been delivered to my house.
Not a good look is it ShineOn, especially for a click and collect. I hate to think how long delivery from ShineOn would take if this is the poor c&c service! Still no notification to c&c.

Great quality products are high margin sellers, as described. The support and training through PodU has been very helpful. They offer contests to get you motivated and are very knowledgeable regarding ALL aspects of their business. As a seller, I'm so happy I found them at this point in my journey!

Absolutely terrible experience with ShineOn. My order sat in production for 3 weeks and still hadn’t shipped. Every time I asked for an update, I got the same copy-and-paste excuses from customer service: “It’s not us, it’s our partners (MWW).” I don’t care who your partner is—you’re the company I’m dealing with.

Because of the endless delays, I lost my customer and had to issue a full refund. ShineOn eventually refunded me too, but not even back to my bank account—it’s stuck as ShineOn credit. That means I now have to place another order just to use it, when I’ve already lost money and a customer. When I asked to be reimbursed for my actual loss (profit + goodwill with my customer), they refused.

What makes it even worse is that ShineOn happily gives away ShineOn Cash to random people commenting on their livestreams, but won’t support loyal sellers who are losing real business because of their failures.

This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. I’ve lost multiple orders with ShineOn due to delays and empty excuses. You can’t speak to anyone beyond frontline support, who just parrot the same lines. Horrible business model, unreliable production, and zero accountability.

If you care about your customers and your reputation, avoid ShineOn.

I want to delete my account and apparently that's not an option. Their guide says you can delete your details but in reality the most you can do is replace your name, address etc with fake ones and still you won't be able to remove your VAT number, country and your Etsy shop.
Now, as I type, I'm talking with their support through live chat and they told me THEY can delete it (after I informed them that I'll take legal action if they don't delete it - which might be irrelevant, might not).
Deleting accounts it's not negotiable, it's personal data, there are very specific laws about it!
Anyway, I'm waiting for confirmation now, of course after all this I don't trust them that they do delete the data.
Unacceptable not to exist clear option to delete your account.

This company is shit. Sent an email and got a respond back 6 weeks later. WOW thanks for the fast respond. Also ordered some samples, they necklaces are cheap looking and you can get them from Aliexpress or temu for much cheaper.

Visited the store for the first time yesterday with my sister. What a fantastic shop stocked with fabulous clothes. Something for everyone. Helpful staff made the occasion less daunting and Joanna was awesome. I came home feeling special and a bit glam for an old girl. Thanks Shine on I will be back soon.

Etsy integration was no longer available, yet states it is.

Price is quite high compared to the rest, but the quality is quite good, easy to use management system and many mockups. I hope they will focus on customers more. And always keep the product quality as good as this.

I dodged a bullet on this one! Just looking around and even the setup was weak. Not to mention that their Etsy integration was no longer available, yet a
banner posted on their shop connection page. Chat support stated "the discontinued Etsy connections in October of 2023" Two years ago! The support page for closing (and deleting) the account instructed me to go to the account management page - and then abruptly STOPPED, then instructed me to delete my Shopify App. That was it. SMH.

I started my POD journey without any experience and I fully know without the support I have received from ShineOn I never would have made my first sale. From the tutorials, to the Coffee with ShineOns, to the youtubes, to POD University, and the Facebook Group you can find the answers you need! They truly want you to succeed!

Unfortunately just another cheap mass produced company where the photos of wonderful clothes, bags and jewelry suck you in. In reality they are cheap and nasty. Additionally when returning, again they have you, as you can only receive store credit. Once only for me

I love this company. They are so helpful and their products are quality. Any time I have a question or issue, they are so quick to respond. They also put out training videos frequently to help us in our eCommerce business.

I have been a successful seller with Shine on for over a year and my experience has been great. Beautiful products we can take pride in selling. Home decor items have been added to help with evergreen sales. Acrylic products are amazing. So much free educational content to teach one how to be a profitable seller and run a legit business model.
A lot of these reviews are uneducated. They did not pull SO jewelry from E it had to do with a change in their handmade policy that made anyone selling simple pendants against their policy. There are still many compliant products you can sell on E.
As per quality I have not had an issue but they also stand behind free replacements for 60 days due to any defect in manufacturing or damaged shipment.
And did I mention how much fun and energy this brand radiates?

I am a seller with Shine On and I disagree with the reviews below. Their products are beautiful and they have added so many new categories and types of products lately it is amazing. Their customer service and support is the best I have seen. They go the distance to educate their Sellers and help them to be successful. It is a great team of people both sellers and the company that support each other. Someone mentioned about Etsy and there are still a lot of people selling on etsy. The only thing that Etsy doesn't allow is the jewelry because they don't feel the message cards that accompany the jewelry constitute a handmade product, but the other products can be sold there.
