He was referred to me by a neighbor.
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
He was always available for any questions I had. I just wish I could give him 6 stars if I could. He was that good.

This outfit is a scam. They suckered me in with a low price, lead me on until it was too late, then jacked the price up by almost 4x. In the weeks leading up to the ship date, I was told multiple times that the price was firm and that I did not need to worry about any changes. Less than 12 hours before shipment, without warning, the original $500 quote suddenly became over $1800. When I told them to kick rocks, they did everything they could to intimidate me into into paying the new price. They lied about the contract I signed, threatened to charge exorbitant cancelation fees, even called me a criminal and threatened to get the police involved. When I called their bluff and told them I'd be happy to see them in court, they finally backed down. Still, I learned a lot about the auto shipping industry.

Here's how it works: this company does not actually provide shipping services. In fact, they do not own a single truck or trailer. Instead, they are what's called a broker. They act as a middle man between you and the actual shippers. They put the job details out on the marketplace, and hope that a trucker will accept it. Essentially it's a gamble. Bid too low and no trucker will take the job. At that point, an honest broker would admit to the customer that they made a mistake and let them choose whether to increase their bid or back out. Ship Auto Now LLC is not a honest broker.

My transportation service went great! 😊 Justin was my dispatcher and he continually called to verify if I needed transportation for my vehicle. Once I agreed and the transportation was booked, Justin followed up and kept me posted with my driver status. Thank you for all your help Justin. I’ll definitely be in contact if I need services again.

I normally don’t leave reviews but for all the people who are asking about this company I can tell you my experience was 1,000% exceptional. This is the very first time using them, they are the most experienced and efficient company I’ve ever encountered the communication is on point and the response time is exceptional. Christina Hall help me in a difficult situation find a driver immediate and their response time was amazing!!!! Same day. I am very thankful because of their affordability they got it done for a very very very cheaper price than others. Thank you guys so much for helping me in a difficult time and transporting my Van in its condition. I would refer this company to all my friends and family and colleagues thank you Christina I will not use any other company but this one.

To be honest it’s a hustle.. They start off with one quote and after they find the driver the price changes…Non the less Justin answered every time I called and worked hard to get me a driver for my non working vehicle.

Had some issues but Justin helped resolve every problem that came up.

I worked with Sophia Johnson and the scheduling was easy. She quoted me a price of $775 with a $150 depsit and the remaining amount due at deliver. However, after that there was no communication which was fine. I didnt worry about it until the day of pickup when I asked what time it would be picked up. She then said that the driver was no longer picking up 2 cars just mine and that the price was now $1700!! I told her that she did not have my permission to pickup the truck as I signed a contract for $775 not $1700. They try to get you to sign another contract with the different amount. She kept telling me no worries, and no big deal. That is a huge difference so of course its a big deal. Finally after hours of crap I agree to a price if $1050 being that I needed that vehicle here. The driver then calls me that day that he was on his way to get my truck and asked if we would be there in 3 hours. Let him know that was good. Then I have 2 drivers calling me that they are both there. They booked multiple drivers and didnt inform them. I then spent hours trying to figure out who was the right driver to pickup my truck. I didnt want the wrong expensive driver to get it and I get stuck paying the higher amount. I speak to Sophia and basically kept getting told no worries just call the driver. I called several people trying to figure it all out. Why pay someone if you have to do all the work. Finally find out who the driver is and get that squared away. Then the driver and his dispatch were amazing they kept in cotact and made it to me a day earlier. It was delivered and she text me asking for a review. I was working and couldnt reply then kept getting "?????" question marks. I wasnt going to leave a review because it wasnt going to be good. But being that shes hounding for a review here it is. For your sanity STAY AWAY! Use anyone else.

Yes the price did change but honestly that’s what you get with these kind of business. Brad stayed in contact. The price was perfectly fine with me and during the whole process the kept checking in to make sure everything went smoothly.

Had no issues - Justin was super helpful. The day the truck was supposed to be picked up they said the driver was in an accident- they found another transport truck and I had to pay a little more- still reasonable and I just wanted my truck, so I didn’t care in the end. Justin 518-897-3764 was helpful and maintained good communication.
