Before actually using the services, I contacted the support via Whatsapp with some questions. Got all the needed answers and finally tried it out. Worked out perfectly and the shipping cost actually cost less than what the calculator. All in all very happy!

I've just received my first shipment from Shippingxps and I only have praise to give. Excellent rates, fast and faultless service.

I went searching for a new parcel forwarding service a few months back and I came across mention of Shippingxps on reddit. I was impressed with the rates but I was a little hesitant to use them due to scarce reviews at the time. Rightly or wrongly, I assumed it was either a new business… or a scam!!

Anyhow, I took the plunge and I'm pleased to report that Shippingxps provides an excellent service! In fact, I would rate it the best of the 4 parcel forwarding services I've used to-date.

The web interface is easy to use, parcel deliveries are recorded promptly, the 75 day free storage is generous and extremely convenient, and the repacking service is well done and fairly priced. My repack and mail out were completed on the day requested, and the shipping rates are extremely competitive. And they have a tax-free address. What more could you ask for?

I'm very pleased with my experience and I have no hesitation recommending Shippingxps.

Someone recommended this shipping service to me on Reddit. Managed to pay 5 times CHEAPER than buying the label directly from most carriers-shipping from USA to Korea. I was struggling to find a carrier that allows shipping perfume overseas, and when I found a few that do, their quotes are unbelievably expensive (glad I didn’t pull the trigger to buy thru them). The customer service on WhatsApp is also top notch, answered all my questions with quick response time, the whole process was smooth with zero issue. Plus, the package arrived at the destination earlier than expected, dropped off at FedEx location here in the US on Tuesday and it arrived safely in Korea on Saturday morning. Will definitely come back to ShippingXPS again for my next international shipments.

I ran away from Shipito's slow shipping and lousy customer service, and I'm so glad I've found shippingxps.

I had some issues with my package due to Spanish “regulations,” but the customer service was on point and always ready to provide a solution.

They have a variety of couriers to choose from, with different rates according to your needs.

Shipping xps was my first choice when shipping parcels from the US they offered incredible service and low prices. What really stood out was the service, at any time of the day I could contact WhatsApp support and all questions and problems were quickly answered and solved

Had an awesome experience with ShippingXps. Very friendly and very fast in their communication even on the weekends. Had a slight hic-up with the store I let them buy the products from. And ShippingXps went out of their way to make sure I got everything I ordered. Shipping rates were very good and clear aswell. And they also made sure to repack my products in a very good and safe to ship way!

The website UI isn't the best and can be confusing at times, but the worst part was how long it took to have my packages consolidated and sent.
Then comes the shipping price which seemed way too high for the volume that needed to be sent. They used a box that could have easily fit 3x what I got.

Communication was very good and fast, even during weekends. Concerns were addressed promptly.
Shipping was fast and I received my order within a matter of days.
I will definitely use their service again in the future.

It was a truly awesome experience with ShippingXPS.

Pros:
Very professional and thorough approach.
Almost 0 waiting time on very convenient support through WhatsApp.
Very competitive pricing on FedEx delivery.
No need for local phone number (saving time and money on registering for virtual one)

Cons:
Dashboard can be laggy at times (devs should adress the issue)
Lacking of a more detailed FAQ (could save time on those replies for customers' questions).

I used ShippingXPS because I wanted to buy an item from Mercari, but wasn't allowed to pay for it with my UK debit card or PayPal account. I think like anyone would be, I was wary, because the whole concept just seemed too good to be true, but I was very, very pleasantly surprised. The whole process was very simple and the website was easy to use. The item was bought for me from Mercari and shipped very promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. I like the options to choose different shipping services, and to have pictures taken, have packaging removed, etc. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and communicative - I contacted them about an error I made in the customs form, and it was corrected for me immediately. Considering the service provided, I think the price was incredibly reasonable, too - overall, I would 100% recommend ShippingXPS, and would definitely use this service again.
