I have to say, Shiree Odiz completely exceeded my expectations. Ordering jewelry online, I was worried I'd end up underwhelmed. But I couldn't have been more wrong. I bought a one carat princess diamond in a pretty white gold mount. The diamond was exactly as advertised. Beautiful cut, color and clarity in this natural stone. The packaging was so fancy… way more than expected. To boot, I got an excellent price on the ring.

I designed and collaborated with Shiree Odiz on a custom necklace. They consulted on everything from quality to sizing and pricing, and I could not have been happier - Shiree herself at one point checked in personally during the process, which was a very personalized touch. These folks are my go-to for anything jewelry-related, and I couldn't be happier with their partnership.

I bought gold ring with “diamond” and came with “certificate of diamond grade and color and etc” , it is totally very very bad quality diamond and the bogus certificate is probably made by the seller or some of his acompleces.
I did authenticate the ring with respected jeweler in the area where I live and was authenticated as BAD AS CAN GET. DEFINITELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIREE ODIZ. If you want quality diamond ring go to your local jewelry stores so you can see and try the ring, DO NOT GET ANY CHANCE WITH SHIREE ODIZ. I still have the ring and would like to return to Shiree Odiz, THE PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT REACH THEM

I got response from Shiree Odiz—AND NO HELP AT ALL. Also few years ago i did purchase from Shiree Odiz again (for second time) , it was “diamond earrings” , and RETURNED THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY and very obviously the reason was-VERY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS and I didn’t need professional jeweler opinion , I COULD SEE THE EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS by my self.
I guess that’s the problem you encounter when you relay on internet quality promise by Shiree Odiz accompanied with “quality and grade certificate by independent lab”.

We bought our wedding ring here 17 years ago and have continued to use them for cleaning and upgrading the diamond. Could not be more pleased with their customer service. Thankful I found them when I did.
