REALLY poor quality shirt. They sent the wrong color -- not luxurious pink thick wale corduroy, but tight wale plastic grape purple weird sticky ick -- who wants to wear that?!?! what on earth was that fabric? NO response to multiple (20?) emails requesting return. VERY difficult to FIND customer service -- and ZERO response. I do not want this crappy shirt

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. They will take your money and not send anything. Beware

Tried MULTIPLE times to get a return label to send the extremely poor quality shirts. No working phone numbers. No email response beyond a canned "We'll be glad to help. Please contact us."

The shirt was described as a warm insulated shirt. It was thin and the flannel was some kind of very flimsy not sure what material. Shipping was slow. Right after ordering I got barraged with e mails about buying other products. It didn't fit well. The XL seemed to be a medium/large. Sleeves too tight and really small cheap buttons. I don't want to hassle sending it back because I just don't want the hassle. I learned. Never again.

Shirts in Style (aka The Horrible Shirt Company) is a fraud and a scam. I ordered a shirt 6 weeks ago. They have my money. I have no shirt. When you contact their support team you get an auto response that someone will get back to you with tracking and other info within a day. No one ever writes back to you. It's my hope this criminal operation will be forced out of the market place before they steal more people's money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PHONY OUTFIT!!

I ordered a second shirt while the first one was still shipping. It takes three to four weeks to get each item. The first shirt arrived and it was nothing like the shirt advertised. It looked like a pajama top. The second shirt never arrived. I have contacted them several times via their e-mail address and they say they will get back to me in 1-3 days and never do. The shirt that did arrive had a fake return address on the shipping label. This company is a scam.

They lied about what they sent and what was pictured and described on the website. The quality of the product was not what was described on their website. This company is a complete scam. I consider their business practices fraudulent.

I ordered what I thought was a jacket, but it turned out to be a shirt made of cheap materials and the lining on the left sleeve hung below the sleeve. I've emailed supportand have had no response in over 2 months. I jut want to return the shirt and receive a refund, but I don't even have a return address. I guess I'm out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My jacket was poorly made. Size and quality were terrible. You can't return your order because no one answers emails. You are throwing your money away. Avoid at all cost.

Dont buy ever from these crooks. They lie about the quality and fabric of their shirts. They sent the wrong shirt and lied about the fabric. They have no phone to communicate with them and they never respond to emails to a problem. They give no refunds and take your money. These are crooks and should be arrested.

Never received a response and called my CC company to reverse charges. Never received confirmation shirt was shipped. Received shirt and trying to figure out how to return it on their dime. The shirt smelled of vinegar and the long sleeve black shirt was supposed to be linen with a tie up for the sleeves. No tie up and is 35% cotton and the rest polyester. Feels cheap and a corse material. Tried to leave a negative review, but still has not shown up on their site. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Clothing that arrived was nothing like what was pictured. False advertising- and that’s an understatement.

Also huge false advertising on their Trustpilot rating. Which is what brought me here. I took a pic of their order page and it says 4.6 rating. Not sure where they fabricated that from, but I am looking at the image right now.

This place should be banned from any reputable online networks…

I ordered two shirts from them. The shirt I ordered was described as cashmere, but was actually 80% polyester. I do not want that. The other shirt I received was not the one I ordered and was of terrible quality. I have sent multiple emails to them requesting a return or refund and have had NO response to any of them. I have tried for a couple of weeks. They have no phone number for contacting them, and no corporate address.

I ordered a shirt from Shirts In Style in early December to give as a Christmas gift. The shirt did not arrive until the end of December. The shirt was not as described and shown on their website. I was also disappointed in the quality, so I wanted to return it.
I have emailed them twice and contacted them through their online form. Their response was: 'A support ticket has been created. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.' It has been 3 weeks since I requested a return. I have heard nothing more from them.
Their return policy is meaningless. They only care about taking your money. Do NOT order from this company!

Weeks ahead of Christmas I ordered a fun looking “Griswald Christmas” shirt for a Christmas party. After ordering it was impossible to track the order. A month later I receive a package from them with a different shirt and a note stating that they couldn’t send the shirt I ordered but substituted one of higher quality (nothing like the shirt I ordered). After 10 days of trying to reach the company for a refund with no response, I’m giving up. Don’t support this company!

Worst online ordering experience ever. Took a month to receive and then when the order arrived it contained the wrong color and size. Very cheap quality also. Customer service is nonexistent. Third party replies to your correspondence, but no action. Total fraud of a company. Do not order anything from them unless you want to end up donating their crummy stuff.

I ordered something on December 10th as a Christmas gift for someone. They don’t tell you how long it will take to process and ship the item until after you’ve already paid for it. I finally received it today, after 26 days, and what I received is absolutely nothing like what I ordered except that they are both plaid. I did get tracking info eventually, so I know it came from China, but the shipping label now says it comes from CA, with a name and an address that don’t match up when I google it. When I emailed them a while back about why they hadn’t shipped the item yet, I got some automated message stating someone would get back to me, but no one ever did, so based on other reviews, I doubt they’ll respond to my request asking to return the item for a refund. I haven’t ordered anything from China in a long time, and it’s sad that you have to do some research on a company before you place an order with them to ensure they don’t scam you.

Took over a month to get the hoodie and when received it was very low quality poorly sized and a fabric that is so thin it will not keep anything warm.

Stay away from these unless you really want to throw your money away.

This company is bogus. No response to emails or phone messages. Afte three weeks andmuch pestering they sent an email that said my order had been shipped. When I click on the tracking link it takes me to a scam site that warns me of a security attack and tells me to follow the links on the page to get to safety. No thanks, Do not give them any money.
