No i wszystko anonimowo oczywiście ;) szkoda tylko ze limit 1000 EUR ale rozumiem ze takie są prawa ;)) na szczęście można w kilku transakcjach wiec bez problemu. No i głównie na tym najwiecej jest zarobku wiec bardzo szanuje wasze usługi, w innych bitomatach po kilku transakcjach już się czepiają i weryfikacja :((

These guys plainly robbed me today at their BTC ATM in Sarajevo. Their ATM swallowed my fiat money, neatly giving me receipt for transaction, which never arrived to BTC address provided, and this is easily provable, since all transactions are public on Blockchain. Maybe, there was malfunction at ATM, but they are notoriously understuffed, they can not answer any mail on time. Catastrophic

El servicio es bueno aunque si sacas más de 500e te dan un billete de 500e. Ningún establecimiento acepta billetes de 500. No siquiera los bancos dejan ingresar billetes más grandes de 100e.

In some countries, 500 EUR bills are accepted and normal. Also - please keep in mind, that it must have been a very rare situation to receive this 500 EUR bill.

Son unos auténticos estafadores. Están volviendo a promocionar en sus redes que para cantidades inferiores a 1000 euros no es necesario el KYC. Lo cierto es que te piden que escanees tu DNI, aunque clumplas con los 1000 euros por cuenta y por día. Y cuando cancelas la operación, el cajero se queda el dinero y te dá un resguardo para que lo reclames en soporte técnico. Y por supuesto en soporte técnico no te hacen ni caso. Estafa en toda regla. Denunciadlos a la policía.

Discounts for 0% fee really do the work. All bitcoin atms I have ever used had at least 5% fee. This is the first plus.
Then you have telegram group with investors sitting there and talking about the market and crypto atms. No other bitcoin atm company has a community centered around it

Os excusais diciendo que esto lo haceis por tema de LEY y aprovecho para decir que esto es completamente FALSO porque hay empresas (operando en españa) que no han hecho esta modificacion y todavia se puede seguir comprando/vendiendo criptomonedas sin necesidad de KYC y porsupuesto seguimos teniendo la opcion de p2p.. asi que... os pueden dar por donde cargan los camiones!! Good service
Good service over all. Made a mistake trying to deposit to a lightning network address, but it's not made for that. I ended up timing out before getting a new QR code for a non-lightning network payment. However, the issue was resolved in the time frame they said they would resolve it when I contacted them. Overall friendly service and good experience. If you are having an issue with them, I recommend patience, my experience says they will really try to resolve your issue.

Yo no he tenido problema nunca, pero les pongo un cero porque han subido mucho las comisiones cuando antes eran aceptables y ahora piden kyc por cualquier monto cuando la ley española solo lo exige si sacas más de 1000€, así que de momento han perdido mi confianza y eso es una lástima porque funcionan bien los cajeros.

They are scammers, traveled 400+ km to use their sh!tty 'services'. Sent €170,- couldn't withdraw a penny. Also they claim to have a customer support which is absolutely bull'sh!t' they don't answer the phone (off).
- No customer service 9-21 as they claim
- No WhatsApp (off)
- Phone is turned off
- They don't respond to their emails
- False advertising
- After you've sent crypto to the deposit adres you can't withdraw your money. Total scam.
Don't use their 'service', you will get ripped.
Refund my money asap, otherwise I will take legal actions against 'Sh!tcoins'.
