No email confirmation and 10 days later no product but they have taken my money! Reported to bank as a scam - there is also no email or number on the website to get hold of customer service!!

This company guises , in my mind, misleadingly, on them Being UK stocked and with a no quibble returns policy.
I ordered a cheap pair if trainers for physio recuperation, and after ordering a cheap set and stressing wide fit, and after initial chasing, found out they were sent from China. The wrong product was supplied and when I try to return, they offered a 10% discount to keep the "wrong goods", or if I wanted to return them, I was to send them back to China at my cost. Please do not give this lot the time of day,in my mind, they have no sense of customer appreciation, and mislead their supply and trading intentions. Time "Trading Standards" made this non UK based stock supply boldly pointed out and emblazoned at the very start of their website.

Got boots that don't fit, sent numerous emails and no answer does anyone know how to get in touch.

Placed an order SPL00000665848JS, on 27th January 2026. Supposed to be delivered by EVRI. Once again EVRI failed to deliver!! This is happens constantly. The reschedule link will not work.
I cannot express enough, my frustration with the reliability of EVRI. Their service is appalling!

Do not buy from this company it’s not UK based from China. Sent wrong colour boots and wrong size had numerous emails with them wanting a full refund has it was there mistake but needed to pay for return to China they kept offering me 10% off then 20% off and keep the boots (which are no good for me 4 sizes too big) that didn’t cover the postage I paid for them. I wished I read the reviews before. Obviously it’s something they do on a regular basis send out wrong items.

Bought my wife a pair of orthopaedic slip on shoes from what I thought was a UK site. Came 3 weeks later from China. Shoes were too wide had a glue mark on one and were the wrong colour. Contacted them by email asking for refund stating UK consumer law of full refund of item plus postage and paid return postage for wrongly supplied goods. Reply was you have to pay return postage to China yourself and not refundable but you can have 10% refund of item cost I.e. £1.69. After a week of emails their final offer was 30% refund and keep shoes and would not budge on full refund and paid post back to China so I reluctantly accepted £5.10 refund as if I had sent them back to China postage was over £7 with no guarantee of them actually getting there so I would have ended up with £10 refund. Have to see if I can get about £8 for them. Serves me right for not reading Trust Pilot reviews beforehand

The advert for this company’s waterproof boots advertises them as being : return free of charge. Firstly, don’t be fooled by the co.uk address shown in the Facebook ad. This appears to be a distribution address only. On receipt of mine I found they were too small. On contacting the company I was advised they would offer me a 15% refund, increased to 25% after my stating I would not accept, and I get to keep the useless to me boots. Oh and yes, if I decide to return them at my expense - send them to an address in China at my cost.

Very Poor - I paid for Express Delivery which I was told would arrive in 7 days - they took much longer. Every negative post on Facebook I posted was taken down; when the boots did arrive the zip broke as soon as I pulled it up; when I reported this I was offered a 20% refund - not what their website states MONEY BACK GUARANTEE !?????? Stay clear of this company - has a UK.co address but they ship from China!

Would give 0 stars if possible. False advertising.Not leather as advert states. Didn't receive the order I placed. Received the crappie, cheap, corduroy type boots (I use the word boots lightly) in stead. Worthless went straight in bin. This is another scam company from the dreaded Chinese State. Why isn't something done. There are so many of them now. Will never order from China. Tricked into thinking it was UK based.
FALSE ADVERTISING, SCAM, SCAM SCAM.

Absolutely terrible company , very misleading and inaccurate detail and information when you purchase . I waited over 3 weeks for boots which are absolutely s..t. I will be sending the back tomorrow and I have told them I want a full refund in 48hrs . Disgusted with the customer service .

Tried to cancel this order after I realised they were coming from China not UK as they trick you into thinking. They would not allow this. The boots are the cheapest nastiest quality and made of a horrid strong smelling plastic, NOT leather as they advertise. They lie and steal your money. I have asked to make a ‘free return’ as they say on their website. Not holding out much hope. UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT ADD PHOTOS. Why are Facebook and Instagram allowing these scammers to use their platforms to advertise this junk?? Absolute scammers!

Wish I’d read these reviews BEFORE ORDERING! I’m still waiting to receive confirmation from the shipping company that my Express Delivery is on its way. They’ve informed me that it’s been despatched but Track17 does not recognise the shipping number and I’m dreading actually receiving the boots as so many reviews are showing that they’ve received the wrong colour ir size. Will update this review with further information when I have any

Ordered a pair of Khaki boots and paid UK postage. Brown boots arrived and inaccurate size. Good job I paid via PayPal. Emailed the company and they kept offering discounts if I kept them. But if I wanted to return them I had to send back to China at my expense. I informed PayPal and thank god they refunded me.

You can't get in touch with them to ask how to return a purchase and get a refund.

If I could have given ZERO stars I would I wish I had read the reviews before I was SCAMMED. Banks should be able to chargeback these SCAM merchants.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I paid for brown leather boots and received plastic purple boots!! Yuk. Unable to contact, this is not a UK company it is Chinese (if they're a company at all). You can't contact them only buy from them. No dispatch note in package and label on outside is in Chinese. Can't return through Evri as it doesn't recognise "company" name, it is shipped by a third company and not direct (another red flag) be very careful as your money WILL be lost unless you purchase through PayPal, which I did thankfully. Please be aware and tell your friends xx

The best part is, they're not even waterproof, according to Amazon reviews.

Blatant scam, using Facebook ads to try and trick people, who wouldn't research elsewhere.
Shame on all of those involved

Do not buy off this site.it isnt uk store thats false.all goods are from hong kong.you get no return label, no address ,goods are rubbish .i paid £24.97 and same thing on temu £4.55

In my opinion exceptionally disappointing customer service and experience of purchasing from this outlet.

Scam company not in UK. Ordered size 6 shoes. Received size 7. They will not provide return address or cover return cost when the fault lies with them
