Cannot get a return label after numerous requests
I bought a gold chain on August 18 and wore it for a little over a week before it broke and fell off my neck. I'm not rough on jewelry and was wearing a very light pendant, which I was thankfully able to pick up from the bathroom floor. I have sent 3 chat messages and 3 emails asking for a return label and no one has provided me with even the courtesy of a reply. I even called the number provided and the call is answered by a bot and asks that you leave a message, which I did; still no response. Customer service is non-existent, and I am trying to meet their 30-day return deadline; however, you cannot return anything without a label, which they won't provide. I would never purchase another piece of jewelry from them. It is simply maddening that I'm out over $235 for a piece of junk and cannot get any response from the company.

Was convinced to buy something I didn’t want. Credit card was being used in other states after purchase. And merchant will not help with a return and refund and is incredibly unreliable and seems to not care at all.

Things already shipped two days later shipped y'all are fast and efficient no b******* haven't gotten them yet they just shipped but it only took 2 days for them to be shipped SO waiting arrival

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Received a phone call about not using my discount and they refunded me the amount. Will definitely buy from here again

Absolutely no customer service! Will never shop from them again. Emails and messages were never answered. Been months now.

The paperwork lies and site lies this is NOT an Italia chain like i thought j was buying. Its INDONESIA. And when u confront the store. They dont respond. Or give refund.
So the authen. Paperwork is ALSO FAKE. Cahse it says th WRONG CHAIN.
I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK
